The only positive that I can give this place is that my daughter did have fun. Now for the negative. The communication was poor on every level. With trying to call and having no one answer, to not having a coach who was very approachable at all to just find out how my kid is doing, the communication was not good. After the first several weeks, I had to seek out the coach for her to tell me she wanted to advance my daughter to the next class. Were they going to tell me or what exactly? Glad I asked.
Everyone pretty much just stays to themselves unless your kid is on the "team." There has never been any information about how one gets to be on the team. You literally have to seek out any information you need. Information isn't just given.
My daughter has been going for almost a year and hasn't made any lasting friendships. So when I say people stay to themselves, I mean it. The kids, the parents, the staff, everyone. It's just not a welcoming environment.
Trying to watch my child has also been a challenge. In the summer they have the roll door up, but the bleachers are usually full. In the winter there is a tiny window that you can look in but once again the bleachers were usually full. The cameras weren't always on my daughter's class, so that was hard to see as well. So I just gave up and started bringing a book.
My daughter is doing cheerleading this fall, so she is taking a break from gymnastics until January, but I don't think we'll be back to IGC.

My 4 year old and 2 year old have been going here for a month or two now. We love the teachers and location! The building is large and there are many classes going on at once. They have cameras for you to watch in the lobby, most of the time they work. Each room has a glass window where you can watch on bleachers. There is plenty of room to put items in cubbies and tables and chairs where Iβve seen parents working during classes. For our kids age - itβs a perfect fit!

They won't answer their phone and I can't do anything online. I'm paying and can't get a hold of anyone. Up until now, they've been easy to get a hold of, but now they've raised their prices and dont answer the phone. It's very frustrating.

Unprofessional. No communication. Dated facility.
I can't ever seem to get anyone on the phone or to return messages. I dealt with this for quite a while, but gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know everyone is short staffed these days. Unfortunately I decided to book my sons birthday party with them (even though my gut told me not to). I called three times, leaving messages each time, without return before decided to send an email. I did finally receive an email back in regards to the open dates they had. They collected necessary information for the party and we were just down to nailing down a time when they stopped responding. I sent two additional follow up emails and phone calls (over the span of 12 days) which also were not returned. So now, 2 weeks before my son is supposed to have his birthday party they sent a text saying they are going to cancel. Unacceptable for a 7 year old birthday party. Hoping we can find a back up plan on such short notice.

So far so good. Based on our first gymnastics class, they appear to be skilled in teaching concepts. Facility is a bit dated.

I have know Coach Chad and Coach Lynn through years of having kids be taught and trained by them. My son spent more time with Coach Chad due to the nature of his training and he has been taught with a foundation of honesty, hard work, dedication, that I am proud of as I can say you won't find people more dedicated to making your children better human beings.

My son has been going here for almost 2 years and he loves it. Good equipment & knowledgeable teachers.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the Live Stream has never worked for me once.

I would have gave it 5 stars stars years ago! My girl has been doing gymnastics here for approx 3 years, recreational. She loves it but the problem is it went from $5 open Gym for members to $10 on Saturdays. So now she can not do that. Then from $50 a month to in August $65. And sometimes when I have to pay it after the 1st, they then charge a $10 late fee. So I usually end up paying $70 which now will be $75. Also in the summer my daughter has other activities and misses her gymnastics day and they don't let you make it up now on Saturdays open gym, like they use to. I pretty much pay $60, going to be $65 a month, for her to go 1 or 2 times a month. It's just not affordable for me any more! It was years ago, that's why I choose the place!
