The trainers at Integrated Movement are advanced experts in their field who go beyond simple movement and weight loss programs to whole-body wellness for long-term health improvements. They are approachable, empathetic, and supportive while still providing maximum guidance for continual development. I have been working with Tony for over 4 years, and cannot recommend him, this team, and the resources and knowledge they provide strongly enough.

Andrew Wallen is an exceptional trainer. His focus on balance, flexibility, and movement is tailored to what I need. He instinctively recognizes when I need additional stretching or attention in a particular muscle group and changes the routine to focus on that. He makes working out at 6 a.m. a joy.

They have a fantastic staff that go over and above the expected. They are truly devoted and make you feel like family. I look forward to my workout and have grown in ability and self confidence. I went from being an overweight lazy middle aged woman to being able to play with my grandkids. I could go on and on about Cindy, Megan and the rest of the staff.

Andrew and each of the trainers are fantastic. They take great care to customize your training to what your body needs and will respond best to, all while making sure it is a long-term approach to overall fitness and wellness. I have been training there for over 2.5 years, and would give 6 stars if I could. The trainers are true professionals, great people, and it is truly a comfortable and fun place to work out and get results. I love it that all body types, from superior athlete to people starting from scratch, are welcome and respected there. I highly recommend!

It has been a great experience working with Cindy Bednar and the group at Integrated Movement. I have some mobility limitations and she has done an excellent job of creating a variety of strength training exercises that are both challenging and fun. I've noticed huge positive changes in my balance, endurance, flexibility and strength. The environment at Integrated Movement is focused one-on-one instruction where their goal is to help you meet yours.
