This is an amazing facility that encourages people to grow, no matter their goals. I felt welcomed on day 1 and that keeps me coming back. It's always clean and the staff is genuinely interested in helping.

First time visiting. Not sure if this place is a kennel or gym. Tried benching, noticed the bar was bent. Not enough weight racks. Got a workout walking to the cleaning stations. There's only two. One on each side of the gym, about 40-50 ft apart . Machines weren't bolted down. Floors are uneven. Not a bad place but I wasn't impressed either

Iron Phoenix is a great gym with quality trainers and instructors. 24 hour key card access makes it easy to workout on my schedule. The members are welcoming if you are new to the gym. Definitely my favorite gym in Lafayette!

Iron pheonix is a relatively new gym with 24 hour key card access which is amazing. It is spacious, pretty clean, and has a TON of bodybuilding machines and a great selection of free weights. It’s everything you would need and more for an amateur lifter, and so far it suits all my needs. The atmosphere is great! Everyone seems to know everyone’s name, and I appreciate that this gym does not attract a lot of unsocial meat heads. It is also very affordable, and very close to down town Lafayette (few minute drive). There are also group classes if you aren’t in to open gym, and some private trainers as well. All in all, you will feel welcome here.
