I really enjoyed the time having structured fun with my kiddo. The coaches were great and classes were extremely efficient and well planned!

I can see how the class fosters team building and confidence!

I do wish I could pay per class- you have to pay for a membership monthly and it’s a little costly if unable to use all of the class credits each month.

I was truly impressed by the warm welcome my son and I received. The first impression is the one that always lasts. The service was impeccable — I’m a very observant person, and from the very first class I could tell we were in the right place. My son enjoyed every minute of the lesson; the coaches are friendly and dedicated, and they make sure the kids stay focused. We’re very happy to start being part of KidStrong.

My kids had so much fun! I love how not only they worked out, but also learned important concepts like teamwork. I also like the fact that the instructors pushed them to do their best (improve their form, finish reps) but also helped them recognize their own effort and said that credo at the end which is great for building and reinforcing their confidence

KidStrong has been an amazing addition for my son! He started on the older side, and I’m so glad we found this. It has helped his confidence greatly, especially in athletic endeavors. The only thing I’m sad about is that he may age out soon. It’s been a wonderful experience for us! Highly recommend.

My son's first Kid strong experience was super fun and dope. He's a fast learning and I could already tell midway through class he was really trying to put the structure part of his learning into real world practice. They helped make him feel confident.and he even came home saying those core values !! This is a really good experience for kids especially the boy kind lol we will be back ! And huge shoutout to Coach Megan I can tell she gives 210% to those kids and I love that for them !

I’ve seen such a positive change in my son since starting KidStrong. One of my biggest concerns was his confidence and communication skills, and I can truly say both have improved so much. I’ve also noticed a big difference in his mobility, he used to get hurt easily and take longer to recover, but now he bounces back quickly and handles things with more resilience. Every week I see more progress, and the best part? He counts down the days until he gets to go back. We’re so grateful for this program & the team at Carmel

Took my 3-year-old daughter here for a trial class. She was having a pretty intense bout of shyness and stubbornness, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and worked very hard to try and get her engaged.

Once I got her to step on the mats, it still took a little while to get her to participate. But once she did, she was having a blast, and there was quite a bit of variety in the activities. They even had a few mental exercises thrown into the mix.

It's great that they let the parents be in the clas with the younger kiddos. It's creates a bit of chaos, but it works. And kudos to the coaches for managing it all and attempting to interact with all of the children equally.

Haven't signed up yet, but the prices seem very reasonable for what you get (4 classes a month plus a fifth "bonus" class).

I tell all of my mom friends about KidStrong and encourage them to try it! I also love the ease of the app to change schedules if we are traveling or unavailable for our regular class. Kidstrong is such a great place for kids to not only develop physically, but mentally and emotionally too! Programming is always scientific based and back by research. Every class includes different games and courses and fun for everyone! Repeating the Kidstrong affirmation every class, “I am strong. I am Brave. I can do this!” is a great reminder to myself and the kids!! The owner is amazing and truly cares about member experience. Coach Megan is personally my favorite coach… but I may be a little biased!😉

And after watching the class before them, they were so excited to get started. Once they were finished - they couldn’t stop talking about it in the car. The staff were friendly and welcoming to me and the boys and made them feel welcomed and included so they weren’t afraid or nervous being brand new. KidStrong Carmel is a fantastic program for kids, offering a great mix of physical and social development in a fun and supportive environment. The coaches are energetic and clearly passionate about what they do, which really helps create an atmosphere where kids can thrive.

However, I believe that the experience could be even better, especially for first-time members. When a child is new to the program, everything can feel a bit overwhelming, and some extra guidance would be greatly appreciated. It would be beneficial if, during each session, one of the three coaches could focus more on the new child, helping them feel comfortable and confident while performing the tasks. This personalized attention would not only help the child feel more at ease but also boost their confidence in trying out new activities.

Overall, KidStrong Carmel offers a great experience, but adding this personal touch could make a significant difference for newcomers, setting them up for success from day one.

She talks about KidStrong and her coaches to family and friends outside of class and is so proud when she levels up to the different levels. Highly recommend KidStrong to everyone! I am a teacher and the pacing of the physical activities, the learning experiences, and the active transitions were spot on, best practices, in education. So many times, I will take my kids to a class or camp somewhere and the people leading the class seem to have no idea how to wrangle children. It’s chaos. It was nice to see the classes at Kid Strong being led by “coaches” who have been trained to not only be great teachers and motivators, but also great at management. I also loved the high energy of the coaches, again, a perfect way to approach leading a class of small children. I highly recommend this program!

The progress he’s made just in the short time we’ve been attending is astonishing. I’m impressed with the creativeness of the classes. Our daughter has been in KidStrong for almost two years. She has grown tremendously in her strength, coordination, communication skills, confidence and teamwork. The fun approach they take to achieve these milestones makes every week a blast for her. It’s also fun for me to see her improve week after week. Every coach is amazing and makes her feel seen/heard.

Looking for a place for your little one to gain confidence with physical activity, this is it. The perfect combination of exercise with discipline. Strongly recommend. Party here was a LITTLE rushed and the room was a tiny bit small but it was overall amazing.

I signed my child up for KidStrong because he needed more opportunities for physical activity. He isn’t interested in sports, so this was a good compromise. I really like watching him move more and learn new exercises. My only complaint is that the coaches don’t always correct poor form, and usually allow participants to cheat the exercises, which isn’t helping anyone. I would love if they just had higher expectations, especially for the older age group. That way they can create good habits now, practice doing the exercises correctly, and avoid injuries in the future. It would be great if the focus was less on speed/finishing and more on form. Otherwise, it’s a great way to expose your child to exercise in a fun way, especially if they aren’t interested in team sports.

One of the best choices I’ve made for my daughter! The growth in her has been amazing! Our first class was a little rough but after the first couple she got the hang of it and it is now the highlight of our week!

We love KidStong! My son has learned a lot of new skills and he loves going each week. The activities and focus changes every few weeks which keeps them engaged. They also have a great reward system that helps the kids rank up after so many classes which the kids always look forward to earning.

Love this place. Coach Crissy and Coach Madelyn are super great with my little one. We didn’t know how well he would do (he’s in the under 3 class) but he’s made so much improvement in the little time he’s been there. Kid Strong teaches so much more than just fitness and my little one loves it

We paid $50 to do a trial class here (really, a trial week but weren't super interested in going back after one class). We were super excited to try it out (especially our kiddo) but pretty bummed with what it actually was.

First, there were some good elements. The male coach was super great with the kids and gave positive reinforcement well when he was in the class (which was only at the start and end). They had the kids work on public speaking (saying their name and who the strongest person they knew is) which is a great life skill and we thought that was a cool idea.
The rest of the class fell flat. There were WAY too many kids for it to be effective or safe. They had 13 (They said 15 was the limit) and only one coach for the majority of the class. Even when the second coach was there, the kids couldn't be helped properly. We witnessed one kid push a smaller kid off of a triangle climber because he didn't want to wait his turn, several kids pushing or jumping on others during one of the "circuits." We were worried about someone getting hurt because it was so chaotic. When they came back to the line and all did the same exercise (it was the crab walk hold), about 10% of the kids were doing it correctly. Unfortunately, the other 90% were not corrected or coached at all that their movements were incorrect. (With that many kids in a class, it would be nearly impossible for the coaches to actually coach. There was also only one coach present at this point.). The coaches appeared stretched way too thin with that many students.

Additionally, they used class time to relay information to the parents about the class (like in the middle), which we felt odd. They also took quite a bit of time to teach shapes? This was maybe the oddest of all. I get spending time on character building or life skills that kids don't learn a lot of other places--but shapes? It felt odd, out of place, and like a time filler.

After the trial class, we weren't too keen on her returning as, best case, we witnessed a lot of incorrect movements and chaos that, at worst case, could lead to injuries.

Good concept. Not a fan of the execution, which makes us sad. This could have been AWESOME if classes were capped at a much smaller number.
