My daughter loves gymnastics!! She’s always so excited to go! She’s 3 and has high schoolers as her coach. The girls are typically great with them! Sometimes I wish they had a little more help, but we also understand it’s hard to get coaches! Our girl has grown so much in the year she’s been doing gymnastics and we’re excited for our 1 year old to be ready to join as well!

We have been attending Lake City Gymnastics since shortly after they opened. It has been a fantastic experience for both kids. The coaches are patient, helpful, and encouraging. The front desk is so kind and always willing to assist. The kids have learned not only ninja and gymnastics skills, but overcome anxiety issues and physical limitations with the guidance of their coaches. We can’t recommend them enough!

Both of my kids participate at this gym! My son absolutely loves ninja core, it has help build his confidence and teaching that continued practice is what develops new skills! Gymnastics has pushed my daughter out of her shell and helped her interact with new kids her age before she starts kindergarten! Both of their couches value teaching kids new stills! I have a child in gymnastics and a child in NinjaCore. Both have been fantastic programs with fantastic coaches. They meet the kids where they are and encourage personal growth. I have been impressed with how the classes and competitions are focused on positivity and improving self, rather than cutthroat competition, which I appreciate as a parent who wants to grow good people and not necessarily an olympic athlete. It has improved their confidence greatly.

All 4 of my children take classes at LCG and LOVE it. My daughter (who is not naturally coordinated) has stuck with it and learned the valuable lesson of what you can achieve through perseverance! My 2 boys are in NinjaCore and my one son is autistic. He has had fabulous coaches who have been so patient with him and helped his gross motor skills immensely! My preschooler also takes classes and has a great time learning new skills and being just like big sister. There are so many class times that it has been easy to coordinate classes to line up for my kids over the years as well. Special shout out to Shawnda, and also coach Jeff who have stood out for me as exceptionally caring staff!

My 5 year old daughter has been going here for almost a year now and her improvement has been insane! We watched her go from need assistance on the bars and being too afraid to use the balance beam to being able to do front and back flips on the bars unassisted, having no issues with the balance beam, and overall her confidence in her abilities has grown a lot. She’s been with a few different coaches(her regular and a couple others during make up classes) and they’ve all been wonderful.

My children started there almost 3 years ago but never quite improved to a level equivalent to the time and money spent. While watching I noticed the trainers chatting with one another and not giving their expertise to the students. When I pulled them out and canceled they were more concerned about the $50 cancellation fee or the 30 day notice and didn't even ask why. It didn't matter to them! Now if I want to continue I'll have to drive 30 minutes east or west to enroll them there. It's a shame how a once great place turned into a money machine playground babysitter with trampolines. Sad!

I’ve been going to lake city gymnastics for about 3 years and love it! I have never had a bad experience with any of the coaches, (and I know almost all of them) from intermediate to level 3 team and going back down to advanced it is consistent in the training and making sure the gymnast is comfortable with the skills. I’ve even thought about working there when I get old enough, that tells you how much I love it!! I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to do gymnastics or ninja!!

The gym owners and staff are serious about providing an amazing experience for your kids and helping them to excel in this sport. Travel competition is available for the serious student. They even have ninja core classes for kiddos who want to do something a little different from traditional gymnastics. I understand they are available for birthday parties as well!
