I’ve lost a lot of weight since joining. MAD has helped me so much ..my body doesn’t hurt like it used to, I feel stronger every week, and I’m actually excited to work out. I am doing 3 EARLY morning workouts, in hopes of getting to 4 soon!!
What I love most is that I’m challenged in the best way. I’m not stagnant, I’m using muscles I forgot existed, and I feel good all around. They tell me to give MY 100%, whatever that looks like, and I do every single time. Form is a heavy focus and I appreciate that so much. My lower back no longer hurts, my shoulders are no longer aching .. last up is my knees😂
And as someone with social anxiety who’s avoided gyms for years, this place feels safe. I never feel pressured to talk or “perform” socially.. most of the time I don’t talk at all because I’m awkward, and it’s totally fine.
I genuinely enjoy being here. I’m locked in. I thank Amelia and Casey so much.. I literally cried in the car my 1st training because I did it and never thought I could do something like this. So thankful. Very grateful.

MADabolic kicks a$$! I’m a fitness enthusiast and tried dozens of local fitness places (Orange Theory, F45, Shred317, FitFlexFly, Burn Bootcamp, and a whole bunch CrossFit gyms), and can confidently say MADabolic is my favorite. I appreciate the science behind the program and thoughtful approach to longevity. No barbells = lower risk of trauma. No massive screens and coaches who barely pay attention - you’ll get the instruction you deserve. And more importantly - if you come consistently and challenge yourself, you’ll be in your best shape ever. Love the people here, and what the owners are doing for the community beyond the gym itself. I didn’t know working out could be so fun! I was definitely a bit nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect, and it helped that I brought a friend with me to the class. Casey was our trainer and he was very encouraging and is just very personable in general. Looking forward to future classes and getting stronger!

I have really enjoyed Madabolic! The pace fits anyone/everyone. The trainers are very much about safe movements, form and quality over quantity. They emphasize that the pace is individual. I really like that it’s not hardcore to a point of making it so you can’t walk for a couple days! They really care about the members and get to know you. Looking forward to continuing my journey with them!

This is from 40 year old petite woman who never liked intensive exercise. I highly recommend this gym if you would like to prioritize your mental and physical health. The program is based on encouragement and well-being not from judgement or just how you will look. I attended 3 different classes. Each class has unique way of encouraging and challenging you but it was super fun and each class I had to ask ‘did 50 minutes pass by?’ All instructors were very attentive and kind to answer all questions and when I asked for lighter weights, they accommodated immediately. Very welcoming vibe and if you want small, private and calm vibe without feeling intimidated or overwhelmed, this is it.
