We LOVE Perpetual Motion! My son went to preschool here, and it was a very amazing and comprehensive experience. Not only do they do classroom activities, but they have field trips out around the area and they incorporate movement into learning.

We also held his birthday party here and the entire experience was great. They handle everything from the activities to the cake, which is really convenient if you're having a busy year and don't have time to plan every part on your own.

My son also does gymnastics here now, and he loves the program. It's fun, age-appropriate, and educational for him. It's helping him build his strength and confidence.

Anytime we've had a question or issue, it's been handled quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly and wonderful - even when we run into them out in the world. Highly recommend Perpetual Motion and all of their spectacular programs!

My daughter is two years old and goes to the Early Learners classes. She absolutely loves it and I’ve noticed improvement in her speech, social skills, and color recognition. She’s made a best friend and has so much fun. They do field trips and had a fire truck day where the Washington township fire truck came out for a demonstration and the kids got to see the truck. I highly recommend them!

Our 4-year-old had a great experience in the Leaping and Learning Pre-K program at Perpetual Motion. A preschool curriculum that included basic gymnastics instruction was perfect for our active daughter. We also had a
birthday party for another of our children (turning 8 years old) at Perpetual Motion and loved it! We were impressed with the quality of the facilitation by the staff, both for the activities in the gym and the cake and presents portion of the party. We could just sit back and enjoy watching the kids have fun while the staff took care of all the details.

Both my children have Ninja Jesus as their instructor. They absolutely love coming to class each week with him. He is extremely patient, kind, and energetic. He clearly explains each activity, demonstrates, and provides expectations. My kids love that they become “Ninja Ellie” and “Ninja Archie” during this time. Highly recommend him as an instructor!!

I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes you just have to. My grandbabies have been going here for a couples of months and I was shocked at the lack of supervision, instruction, and general enthusiasm of the instructors. The facility is small and uncomfortable for the audience. The structure of the classes are confusing at best. They show the children to do four different moves in a rotation. The instructor watches one of the stations while the other children are basically on their own. The children aren't learning good form or being spotted. My grandbabies are hurting themselves because they are doing the moves incorrectly. If anything they are creating bad habits. Once and awhile an instructor will look their way but not correct them. It's weird. All of the instructors (except for two that work with the littles) have sour looking faces like they cannot wait to get their check and go home. Both my daughters were raised in gymnastic classes here in Valparaiso and I would recommend viewing classes before you sign up. There are two other studios that we have gone to in the area that are a much better option.

Had a super fun hour of open time today. Miss Leah was so helpful and willing to interact with the kids. There is a huge variety of things for every age level. Such a good variety of classes being offered as well. Met a great small group of parents.

Our son Evan has been going to Core Power since 7th grade. We have had a wonderful experience. He will be wrestling next year for Northwestern and Core Power played a major roll in his success.

It is a great place to get stronger and improve your athleticism while being surrounded by amazing people who supported him in the gym as well as outside the gym in everyday life.

I recently attended my niece's birthday party here and I was extremely disappointed in the value and service. Plainly put, I would NOT recommend having a children's party here. After confirming the details beforehand with Ms. Olivia (who was not in attendance of course) we were told only when we arrived that we could NOT bring food or drink in. This was shocking seeing that we specially asked in advance if this was ok and were told yes. Had we been told no, we definitely would have chosen somewhere else. Seems like we were misled on purpose so they would get the reservation and money. After some huffing and puffing, they were gracious enough to let us feed our party but only in the small hallway on a bench! Feeding adults & children in small a hallway on a bench is not ok for the amount one pays to rent this space. It was actually embarrassing. We were then told that the children's playtime had to be cut short by a half hour because they were eating. Sorry, I thought part of hosting a party was to have food?? I also found the staff to be rude as everyone was rushed in and rushed out because "the staff wanted to go home". We were so rushed so much that it was borderline rude & inhospitable. The whole time it felt like we were imposing and the very bare minimum was done to substantiate spending this amount of money. This place really needs to get it's act and staff together especially when charging what they do. If you want value and a good experience for both adults and children GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I was very disappointed in the owners' ethics when it came to refunding charges that I did not authorize. I had to cancel my son's enrollment for next year's pre-K program, and was charged next May's tuition and supply cost anyway, despite providing 1 year's notice my son will not be enrolled next May. Owner apologized that I was not given appropriate information, but kept my $180 anyway, and told me he was "running a business". I feel sorry that he feels stealing is an appropriate way to run a business, and grateful my son will not be present in a location with such low moral standards.
