As much as I appreciate this establishment trying to accommodate the 24/7 accessibility they are known for the accessibility for account management via phone is little to none. (Freezing, cancelling, updating payment)
The GM of this establishment also coheres a female employee into passing a love note to a regular member (my girlfriend) asking her out. I don’t see the “judgement free” mentality in this member of management. How can you expect female members to feel judgement free while being harassed and hit on by the management staff soley for being there.

Gym is fine but billing is complete garbage. Took 2 payments out of my account, then tell me they did it cause the account didn't give them money for a payment cause it was closed. If it's closed how did you take 2 payments out of it. It is not closed as it is the only account I use. Then told I can not get the extra payment back. I will be going in later today to cancel my membership.

I highly recommend the Anderson, IN location! The staff has always been very friendly, the whole place has always been clean, and they're really good about staying on top of making sure there's paper towels and full cleaning bottles everywhere! The staff at this location definitely deserve some applause and recognition for their commitments and amazing attitudes!

Standard PF location, nothing really improved in the 5 years this has been my base location. Areas around machines need better and more regular cleaning, bathroom/locker room definitely needs a deep clean and better upkeep, and maybe employees should know what and when daylight savings time is so they open on time 🤷🏻‍♂️ or get better employees who can be on time. Still not being open an hour and 15 minutes late isn't a good look.
Like I said, standard PF gym: not exceptional, has what I need to work out, and needs to be cleaned, and needs better employees. I'm sure having no competition in the area is a huge factor, but it would be great to see them strive for excellence instead of settling.

I did a free one day trial at this location and the worker at the front got arrested.
The lockers didn’t have locks and some were broken and wouldn’t close before I found a working one. A girl lost her AirPod in a stair master but the worker got arrested and couldn’t help her.. all really weird.

The place is clean and nice, though I’m disappointed at how times have changed. I used to go here before 2020. There was a full staff team who were enthusiastic to have me join, went through each step of application with me, showed me around the place and were supportive. They talked to me about the merchandise and explained how to pay for things behind the desk like drinks and water bottles.

This week, I came in for the first time since then and said I wanted to apply. Immediately I was given a weird look, was told “Uh I guess you could do it here if you want?” and was handed an iPad without another word or any explanations or introductions to anything. Only maybe 2 staff in the whole building. The company doesn’t even have key tags anymore, they expect everyone to own a smartphone and have internet access if they want to get through the door. I’ll just have to figure everything out myself I suppose.

It was great! As someone who is new to working out, it had plenty of equipment for any beginner and clearly to understand labels. There was also enough cleaning stations to feel sanitary.

There was also some post workout stations you can use to relax your muscles.

When I went, sadly the most notable attractions for relaxing was shut down, and there was only the one. Beyond that, it's worth the cost!

Very disappointing first visit point for a membership. I can't use any other gym in the country. I'm glad they get the expensive membership. And it's not really providing what I needed to provide what advertising what they charges to different prices. They advertisement is $10 a month. This gym is charging 15 so in an annual fee. On top of your enrollment fee and monthly fees. What's the reason of the annual fee? Somebody explained, please.
Ends not the friendliest and customer service when I have questions. I expect the answers as a customer, especially when I'm coming in. To get with your business.

Called in a talked to the manager and she said I was allowed to tan there but again have not been able to for the past 4 weeks ( but they still take my monthly payment)? . The TVs never consistently work.
I go to Planet Fitness to work on cardio on the tread mill for an hour, three days a week. I watch and listen to TVs while working out when they are working. It is frustrating when they don't work. I have mentioned this to staff members. They told me that it is the cable provider's fault. I am thinking about switching gyms because of this constant problem. They should switch cable providers to alleviate this problem to keep members from being frustrated.

My wife and I workout here together so I pay for the black card so we can both enjoy the gym but unfortunately that only allows her access to just the gym we have to pay for another membership just to use the hydro massage or massage chair. I was needing Assistance on a billing issue. I love my membership and was needing to change the payment date because funds are tight right now. Not only was I told I couldn't push back my payment date, I was told I had to cancel. I wasn't understanding what the lady, who had dreads, was explaining and she became extremely rude and made the comment "I don't understand why it's so hard for you to understand, I'm literally telling you" Excuse me for not having the best knowledge on billing but I surely am tired of a gym that has no customer service especially when you are in hard times. This gym is top notch. Very clean environment. All inclusive with the PF black card, including tanning beds, hydrotherapy, message chairs, Wi-fi and all of the gym equipment you could ask for. Their app was full of videos of workout tips. I don't want to forget about the PF black card Perks. Just check it out if you don't wish to take my word for it. You won't be disappointed.

I probably had the worst Planet Fitness incident today. I arrived in Anderson the night prior and used the restroom and charged my phone, which I didnt believe would be an issue, yet the staff member kept giving me strange looks like I didnt have a membership even though I scanned my app. Today I went in and took a shower, did a hydro massage session, all of which was part of my Black Card membership. My day was going fine, doing some work related stuff on my laptop and suddenly a woman, who claimed to be the regional Manager came up to me and stated, " We have had complaints about you going outside numerous times, and hanging out in the locker room and if I was not going to workout I could leave. It was super degrading and embarrassing due to the fact that several customers overheard the conversation, with some even telling me that was not right how I was treated. Then I called and asked for the owners contact info, and she screamed at me and hung up. In conclusion, I do not appreciate being treated like a thief and a nobody by any business, so I would suggest if you are traveling through town and want to utilize your black card here, please do not stop at this location. I don’t typically go anywhere but to the Planet Fitness closest to my home. But I was in Anderson and decided to workout there. This facility was cleaner, more inviting and had newer equipment then my home location. Locker room was clean and shower was hot. I was very impressed with how nice it was. Didn’t get a chance to tell the staff, as they were busy with guests, but this location is very nice and worth the trip.
