At this time, 11/18/25 there are three broken machines including: Calf machine, Back machine, and one of the SUPER POPULAR and ALWAYS under use, Pectoral fly/Rear deltoid machines.
UPDATE: Thank you for fixing the machines. I'm sure you know most of the machines are broken by people that are not explained that they're not supposed to slam the weights. There are plenty of people who slam weights, not out of malice I'm sure, but because nobody has told them that doing so is unacceptable. At this location you never hear the lunk alarm being used. I get it, in today's easily offended society it has to be difficult to approach someone and tell them to not break your machines without generating some sort of mental breakdow, but it has to be done. In any case, it's the manager's duty to do so. Thanks.

Let me resign up after having one account for years i mean years i called years ago changed everything and resigned up thursday november 13!th 2025 went in told me i had three accounts one i didnt pay on they were duplicates and told me one picutre i didnt have tattoos lol ive uad tattoos all my life lol anyways i cancelled they wanted me to pay 100 something dollars and not fix the duplicate accounts so i cancelled new account then said they were still gonna charge me first month and this is the 15 th! !!!!!! Been going here over a year. Have had no problems with my membership. This past month, missed my payment and was charged $15 late fee. Called and spoke to manager. She said she’d waive the fee for me if I pay my balance. I did that in person. She still hasn’t waived the fee so my account still shows negative balance so I can’t scan barcode to get into the gym. Went in this morning & was told I have a second account with an overdue balance of $300. Not understanding because I’ve been paying on my current account for a year now and have made consistent payments. At the point I don’t even want to go to this gym because customer service has never been A1 here anyways.

they canceled my membership without my knowledge on 6/5 due to an overdue balance from a previous account. i just upgraded to a black card membership on 6/3 and it was never brought to my attention before. overall, PF lost a member i’m very disappointed and i’ve been going to PF gym for over 4 years.

I do like going to this gym because of how much equipment and options they have. It's an easy check in with the app too. 5 stars if they go back to 24/7 hours. The times I would go would be less busy if they still had 24/7 but the schedule I have puts me at their busiest times and I'm not a fan of the large crowds. Otherwise it's a very clean and friendly facility.

the guy was very rude he yelled at my kid because she didn’t put the correct age on her app, even tho she didn’t even need the app. employees are very unhelpful, stood there when i was trying to add her to my black card as a guest while i was asking for help. they also said we were too big to go on the stair master. i will NOT be returning.

This gym is great! Facilities (locker rooms/showers/etc) are cleaned and well maintained, the machines are regularly dusted/cleaned/maintained. Mike, one of the staff, always greets me by name and makes me feel welcomed. Small little details like this make a huge difference!!

I came in renewed my membership and the shower was ice cold, then when I got to the desk Noone was there. I wanted to buy some Eyewear tanning lotion and use the massage beds tanning and the red light thing but all their beds were broke. I just walked out and waited for my friend I was so discouraged. We pay extra for the black card, and that's supposed to be available. I just...don't know what to say. I talked this place up to my friend and I feel stupid. Maybe I'm just used to the ones in sb and mishawaka. Seems rundown and lacks maintaining of its equipment. I just sat in my car for an hour waiting on my friend to get done qith their workout. I didn't buy the products, and I'll give it one more chance before I go to another location where they do their upkeep.

Been coming here since fitstop went out of business. Even with new equipment this place has gradually gone down hill and the Staff is always changing. The showers had mud in them yesterday among other filth. They removed paper towel from the bathroom . The paper towel dispensers on gym floor are either broken or empty 50% of the time. Same thing with hand sanitizer. Needs overall cleaning. Only 1 calf extension and it's broke 50% of the time. People constantly sitting on equipment on their phone or just talking to others so you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to finish 3 sets. But shame on me for supersetting with less than 20 second rest intervals. This place is officially a woman's cardio gym once again. Luckily fitstop has reopened!

I love going in PF, ive figured out the not so crowded days, and i can utilize so many machines. Then use hydromassage to help calm down sore muscles, then tan for 12 min to get a nice color and relax. I go 3x a week, trying to push for 4, it has really helped my bone on bone knees by building muscle in my legs, and my back around my spine and lumbar(disc disease) im walking better and feeling better, more mobile, im disabled, and because of PF I may be returning to working after 8 years! Thanks planet fitness!!!

I am super disappointed with the Peddlers Village location. They upgraded the cardio but it wasn’t an upgrade for me. They just removed all the Arc trainer machines. That’s all the cardio I use. I have no idea why they didn’t replace them. I asked at the gym today and they had no answer and said other people were complaining too. The place the machines were is just empty. They coukd just put them back. Please put them back. There was absolutely no reason to remove if they could not replace. They didn’t ask anyone at this location our preferences. There were only a small number of them anyhow but a strong following. I’m going to have to look for another gym very very disappointed

I used to love Goshen's Planet Fitness, but it never got updated, so I started using the other Planet Fitnesses (Fort Wayne, Elkhart, Battle Creek). I love them. The Elkhart gym is closed down to upgrade, so I just came back to the Goshen Planetfitness a couple weeks ago, and I'm super disappointed it still hasn't been updated. The equipment doesn't work properly on most of the machines, and the weight isn't the same as any of the other Planet Fitnesses I've been too. I don't recommend going to the Goshen Planetfitness

This gym tops all the others around!! They're clean, friendly, and the gym itself is nice, and bright. I hope they can get the newest equipment here, because they deserve it. They take great care of their machines, and keep everything looking new. Elkhart has the new machines, but they're dirty. Goshen staff is attentive to your needs, and happy to help. I LOVE MY GYM!! I love PF! The workout area has a lot of different equipment that accommodates different workout styles. Having different areas for free weights, cardio, abs and stretching etc is really great. Plus if you get the black csrd you get the access to the hyrdo massages, tanning beds, body enhancement and the massage chairs is a must have, plus you get to bring a guest with the premium card!

Thieves! Cancel means cancel, you have to watch them otherwise you will have never ending charges after cancelling. I went through all the proper channels, signed a cancel form in person. A couple months later looking through a bank statement I noticed Planet Fitness was STILL helping themselves to my bank account. When I confronted them about the ongoing charges they treated me like I was some sort of scam artist. It was a measly $20 a month, but IT WAS MY MONEY, and they stole it.

It is required to have all electronic sign-in...my step child does not have a phone or email, so I wasted a 30 minute drive to be told that he could not join me. At least the person at the front desk attempted to bypass a phone number and give a day pass so that the trip was not wasted, but he would have had to be 18 years old or older for that to work. He is 15. He could have done the free summer workout, but, once again, he does not have an email address. Please find ways to compensate everyone, because, believe it or not, some people cannot have modern technologies.

Friendly staff and plenty of workout space. The amenities are a great bonus that you don't get at any other gym I've been to. It's very calm and peaceful throughout the gym. If you like to ego lift and rage with your weights then this is probably not the gym for you but if you like to get in and get a nice leisure workout and then use the amenities then this is the perfect gym for you.
