This has always been my favorite gym. With the black card I can tan, work out, and then treat myself to a massage. We discovered Planet Fitness uses the Total Body Enhancement machine, which combines a red light therapy booth with a vibrating footplate that stimulates muscles for low-impact toning, relaxation, and muscle recovery. This machine is available to Black Card members and has four vibration settings, from a gentle vibration for beginners to a high-frequency setting for boosting muscle strength.

Very poorly run club. Unfortunately, the guy running it is more concerned with his ego than providing respect and customer service. There are much better run clubs around town and the surrounding towns, that have respectful and kinder staffs. Other employees there are nice. What’s interesting to me is they claim a judgement free zone, but there sure seems to be a lot of judging going on. At least from the top. Would not recommend this club to anyone, rather would encourage you to look elsewhere. I made a request and was not listened to, rather was talked over. Worst customer service I’ve maybe ever experienced. I will pray that others do not have to experience this kind of disrespect. God bless!

I don’t believe I’ve ever step foot in this place . Its crazy the have a whole planet just for fitness . I’d rather visit the Cheesecake Galaxy down the Astro belt a ways . I don’t have to run in place and watch people watch me running in place . All I’d would do here is dream about cheese cake . Sorry , but planet fitness doesn’t fit my plans .

I have been coming to this gym for almost 2 1/2 years. I have been to multiple planet fitness in different states and this one is by far the best. Employees like Avery greet you every time with smiles and positive attitudes and it makes the experience amazing. Something I haven’t experienced at other planet fitness gyms.

I absolutely love going to Planet Fitness. I was super nervous about getting back to working out because I have been struggling with bursitus and arthritis in my right hip. Shannon F. has been so supportive and encouraging and reminded me that it is ok to lift lighter on certain excercises and avoid ones that might be harmful to me. ( No Stairmaster for me! Darn..) I always love being greeted by her smile and she makes me feel welcome and like I belong. That is huge because when I first started going I was very self conscious.

I love that this gym has a total body enhancement machine! The bathroom was very clean. They were understaffed. There was only one very sweet lady working the day I visited! That is not enough. A couple of times I had to wait quite a while at the front desk to schedule spa options.

I LOVED going to this location. The equipment is awesome, i love the layout. The evening staff were always nice and friendly.
My daughter and I each got memberships because it was advertised as 24/7. I work a lot and can usually only find time to work out late at night.
Recently, we had several deaths in the family and while we kept our memberships active, we weren't going.
In an effort to pull ourselves out of depression we started forcing ourselves to go back to the gym.
When we checked in on Thursday we noticed a sign saying the hours were changing. It is no longer 24/7. They will only be open 24 hours for a few days a week now. The gym was fairly busy on Thursday night during the time they will no longer be open.
We really don't want to have to change gyms to one that really is 24/7 but we might have to. I feel like the 24/7 advertising was just a planned bait and switch. It's always the people that need the gym late that get punished.

I've recently been made aware by the staff at my local planet fitness that the company fully supports grown men being allowed in the women's locker room without question. This is completely disgusting and a massive safety issue for anybody with young daughters, I will no longer have a membership with an insensitive company that bends the knee to social stupidity and that would allow grown men to share a locker room with my daughters. I have canceled my membership and encourage everyone else to do the same!!!

The unlimited massage chair, tanning and red light therapy is a great extra to have access to as well, with the premium plan....which is still cheaper than my last gym cost, which didn't have those extras included. It's definitely worth your time and money to give this place a shot!!

I absolutely love my gym. All of the staff are kind, respectful, and helpful. The equipment is always clean. And the facilities are kept in great condition.

On a side note, I don't understand why we are severely understaffed at the busiest times and overstaffed in dead time. I normally go at 6 am and we have 3 staff members present. But at 5 pm when there are over 45 people working out we only have 1 staff member. I watched 8 people come in today to use black card services that left because the staff member for the desk was doing tours of the facility.
