There are rules that are never enforced. Constantly cleaning up after other members, racking other people's weights, or listening to loud phone calls shouldn't be an issue. This place is heading downhill quickly, more and more crowded with people who have zero gym etiquette. Might be time to graduate to a new gym.

The manager, Lisa is the best. I enjoy the warm welcome and service I get from Nyle and Lex. What great people. Everything is clean and repairs are done quickly. New Haven Planet Fitness is the "best" in Ft. Wayne!

The gym is clean, I love the fact that the gym is spacious with a lot of equipments. My observation has been that the front desk staff is consistently heavily concentrated on their cell phones, improve client engagement, welcome clients, thank them and wish them a great day. It creates a welcoming environment. Outside this I enjoy the facility.

So, I talked with one of the managers about my problem. She was very pleasant, she took time to listen to my complaint and said several people had come to her. She also said she would talk to other managers and notify them of problem.
Since my complaint and I'm sure other people but staff has been great. I really like this gym, it's clean, quiet and not busy the times I go. Thank you to the manager for listening and doing something about it.

Been coming here for almost a year. I was happy here but staff has changed for the worse. I will not return to this gym. I can't believe planet fitness is allowing this!! I will tell everyone i know. What a joke!

#145 in my PF travels.
Great to see and chat with Alexis. This location has an excellent floor plan. The new machines are consistant with the Ft. Wayne area.
Only downside is the lack of Hammer Strength equipment, which lets you lift different amounts on each side of body. [Usefull for working out during injuries & rehab]
This location is highly recommended.

Tanning rooms are always dirty. Sometimes days before they get swept. I had a piece of makeup that broke Amazon the floor it was still there sat next Friday I dropped it on a Monday Staff are very rude when you're not very quick coming out even if it takes you 10 minutes that's including putting your jewelry back on to

I love that they have this location in New Haven due to me living in a smaller country town that is close by. The staff in the very early morning hours when I go are very nice and friendly especially Silus. He is always doing something and he is by himself a lot and just always polite to everyone and smiles genuinely which is very welcoming which you don’t get at places or when I walk in later in mornings or afternoons at times when I come. So please give him a shout out! My biggest most upset complaint are the hours changing. I am a mom of three and finally got a routine and achieving goals. The time I have is only early am from 3am to 545am before my husband has to go to work and myself, and then I drop my kids off before I go to work for school. Then after work are all sports and activities. So I have made that time and canceled my membership at the community center that offered childcare to come here for the 24/7. Now I am not getting that. Mon-thu is perfect still but why 5am and 6am on sat and sun?! I am currently waiting in parking lot waiting for gym to open now. This is frustrating as I ranted and raved about this to all my friends and other moms! Please open the hours more please. People do wake up earlier then 5am or 6am on those days. BTW I do know there is a location 10 min away. That’s not the point and the nice girl who I talk to about this did tell me but I like my gym and my location. Plus that is an extra 30 min there in back for me. I don'’t have that time as a busy parent. Thank you for listening.

I enjoy working out here and love the black card spa. I wish it was 24 hours Monday to Saturday cause then I could go after work I get off at 11.30 pm but when I get to the gym right before midnight it's technically the next day.

Love it have been to the gym since 2019 and started to go again this week and I think it’s kool you can can Connect your Apple Watch to the treadmills the bicycle and Stairmaster be awesome if you could connect it to the weights to I know you can’t do the free weights but be kool to do the ones with cables

Some lady hunted me down in the bathroom of all places to have me show my id to the front desk person. Bothering someone using the restroom and then WAITING for them to leave/ getting into personal space as they’re drying their hands is the worst way to go about that. You need my id, fine, that’s not even the issue I’m having, but coming up on someone in the locker room is so uncomfortable. That could have been handled a million different ways.

This location had recently opened and is not as crowded as others in town. Equipment is brand new and is within walking distance to a Kroger. However, just saying that, I expect other members to "discover" it and will fill up eventually. Parking at this location is generous, but that may change as more members decide to skip Maplecrest and come down here.

So, working out when out of town for work is always rough, especially when you're a man of routine like myself. When you don't know anyone that works at a location it can be difficult to talk to the people that work at places. Well if you're me at least.
Not at this location, the staff here is actually wonderful. I was panicking that I didn't have a hair tie, and asked the staff, and I was so blessed that they all went into search mode for me. I definitely am gonna edit this with everyone's names, because staff like thos deserves recognition, and good customer service is something that when it exists should be celebrated.
There's tons of PF's in the Fort Wayne area, and this location is above and beyond the best one, since it's not too busy and with a wonderful staff like this, it's the only location I'll be coming too during my stay!

Just on this trip alone I have been to 8 different planet fitnesses in 5 different states, and the experience here transcended any others. Not that the others were bad (except in KY where the cryo bed wasn't working), but here the customer experience was fantastic.

Very clean, the staff is incredibly nice, all the machines are brand new and working perfectly. Most machines have two of each which is very convenient and insures that one of them will be open to use. The area for Black Card members is fantastic and very spacious. I’ve been a PF member for over 10 years and I can’t be happier that we have a club in New Haven!

I visit Planet Fitness at home daily. When I come up to visit my family, this is the closest one, and let me just say....the staff there is great!! Not only are they kind and welcoming, this is the cleanest club I have ever been to! My home club was recently remodeled, but a good amount of machines don't work and it is so dirty. This one is top notch! Kudos to the staff and members for taking pride in their Planet Fitness!

However, PF is no longer 24/7 at several of its locations in Fort Wayne. If that is the way the company is going, they need to stop advertising as 24/ 7. If they are not going to be open for me to go at 4 am due to my schedule, I will have to cancel my membership.
