I just joined through the app. They were only supposed to charge me my monthly rate but instead charge almost double. I tried calling at least 5 times. Someone picked up and wouldn't speak and then hung on me. Terrible customer service!

Price for black card membership and all the perks that come with it are great!! This includes the massage chairs, hydromassage beds, tanning beds (standup and lay down), and total body enhancement red light therapy. It’s cheaper for me to tan here monthly than a salon and love that. Bulbs don’t get changed as often though and lotion selection are cheap ones that wouldn’t buy at a salon because I would buy a higher quality lotion for higher price they just don’t have those types for sale here.

But my BIGGEST COMPLAINT now is that it is no longer 24 hours and this makes me so frustrated. I work a swing shift rotation (two 2nd shifts, two dayshifts, two off) and the gym only being open 24 Sunday-Wednesday does not help me because I might be able to get to gym in time on Thursday-Saturday because they close at 10PM and I don’t get off till 11PM on my 2nd shift days. So annoying. And then I can’t go before my dayshifts because I work at 7AM but they don’t reopen till 6AM and that doesn’t give me enough time to workout and tan and shower and get ready for work and get there in time.

Who ever the owner is your a jerk. I'd come in after work now closing at 10pm is a stupid idea I could see 12am but most people that work late 10pm is stupid I guess I'll take my business elsewhere and a lot more people too

Nice and clean, pleasant staff. I joined 2weeks ago and the only day they opened at 6am was Saturday and Sunday. Went in today Friday 04.19.2024 to find that they changed there hours to be open 6am Sunday to 10pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday open 6am to 10pm. What a big disappointment PF. I was able to work out yesterday Thursday 04.18.2024. My schedule will not allow me to start my work out at 6am as many others here in Plymouth Indiana.

I'm here visiting from out of state (4/8) and wanted to get a workout in even though I have a membership with a local place where I live. I was fully expecting to pay for a day pass at PF but the staff was so kind and let me workout with my dad for no fee. It also happened to be my birthday and they gave me a nice birthday card. The facilities are clean and well-kept and the staff is fantastic!

Price is good staff are fine. I have literally only one issue and that's with the treadmills. They're cheap and have very little impact resistance. It's not all that comfortable and since I only use planet for the treadmills during the cold seasons, they all have a 60 minute timer. The treadmill literally forces you into a cool down after 60. So if I want to do more miles, I have to shut it off, then start up again.

Equipment is great, gym atmosphere is great, the cleanliness is not. It’s barely swept and staff are always on their phones. Takes maybe 20 min to sweep the floor on one side. If it was more clean, it would be 5 stars

I set up a membership To help a friend get into shape. It was an hour drive for me after work so I had to write a letter to cancel. They charged me the annual fee anyway. It took a month to get it back. Now after I have not been a member since September they charged me a monthly fee again!! I tried to call and always get nothing but the run around.
They say the fee doesn’t show up but it sure went through on my account.
Are you that hard up you have to randomly charge customers who clearly stopped their membership?
Since I have received no call back and the charges are still there I have posted to all social media making sure others know to check their accounts too!!

I've been using this gym 4 days a week for a little over a month and so far every time has been a pleasure.

My only complaint (if I had to complain) would be that a lot of people don't wipe down their machines / equipment when they're done.

That's not the gym's fault though so I won't remove a star for that.

I'll just keep wiping mine down and hope they start doing it if they see more people do it.

I REALLY LOVE Planet Fitness!! It's given me a great feeling that I can't explain. I get unstressed when I'm there. All of my problems seem to melt away. I HAVE tried all the massage beds and I love the massage chairs.

Ive been to many smaller town Planet Fitness spots, this one takes on the top 5 for sure. Big facility with tons of equiptment. Kind employee working tgere and the place was spotless. Trucker note. If your park out of they around back the Kroger receiving guy is a good guy. Great greek place to walk to, and the Planet fitness is 24 hrs. Great find i hope i get to come back to one day.

Unprofessional, dirty and more like a dramatic high school then a place of business.

Good luck finding someone that works here not on their phone, gossiping or being genuinely Unprofessional and rude to customers.

I've been to several planets in the last year and this one, by far, is the worst on all levels of customer service and professionalism. How some of these folks stay employed here is beyond me!

Was up in the area traveling and stopped here for a workout. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much looking at the exterior (it shares a strip mall with a Kroger), but it’s actually really nice on the inside. This may very well be the cleanest Planet Fitness location I have ever been to, between the workout spaces, mens locker room, and showers. Bonus, the mens lockers are all lined up against benches along the wall (rather than other locations that put benches awkwardly in the middle of the locker room)! I wish more PF locations (including my home planet fitness) were designed this way. My only gripe with this location is that the machines are somewhat tightly spaced and it’s a little claustrophobic, but the gym traffic was so light when I came here that it was inconsequential. If I lived in this area I would absolutely come here for my daily workouts!

I like coming here because I'm able to get my workout in without much distraction. I can rely on the equipment being clean because I actually SEE them being cleaned after each use, instead of having to wipe off someone else's sweat. If I had any complaint, it'd be that there's a limited selection of heavy dumbbells. But, the alternative to that would be to go and use the barbell on the Smith machine, which also has its limitations. Nonetheless, I'm able to make due with what's available. For the low cost of membership, it's more than suitable.

This Planet fitness is Ah-mazimg! I wanted to save time and workout close to my appointment and I am so glad I did. Very nice equipment. It makes me jealous that my local PF isn't as nice as this one. The place is very clean and staff very helpful. It's brand new so hopefully it keeps the same vibe up.
