I didn’t know how to connect my membership to my app and Sylvia was such a great help!! She answered my questions, devoted her time to me to ensure I was being heard, all whilst multitasking to help other guests as well. She offered to give me a tour as well, which was super appreciated (I did not take her up on that offer as I’ve previously been a member) and overall made my experience great!

I’m a regular at this location, I have other ones that are closer to me but i personally make time to make it to this one for the availability of machines, cleanliness of the gym but most importantly your staff.
Any time of day I have come in, I’m greeted with smiling faces and told to enjoy my workout. It’s the little things. I really wish you had weekend 24 hours.

I also wanted to take the time to call out Mia. I had a million and one questions before and after my workout today about the red light therapy.
Not only did she help get the machine ready to go for me and make me feel comfortable with my first use but she was so knowledgeable and kind with all her time and information 💖

I like this location, it’s very spacious from the machine layout to the high ceilings. The variety of equipment in the functional training area is the most versatile I’ve seen so far with traveling to different cities and working out. Even the locker room/bathroom seems well thought out and intentional from the design of the showers to the soap and tissue—you can tell the difference by the quality. I can for sure recommend checking them out whether you’re visiting or live in the area.

last night 10/28 around 9pm a man was in the girls bathroom with a bag he looked pretty straight to me but why is that allow in the girls locker room?! that’s not safe i was the only girl in the bathroom and that was scary to see also the man was only for 20 mins in the gym and i never saw him again. all summer the temperature is set between 70-72 degrees on every thermostat and fans are moving in slow motion. this is the temperature people keep their HOMES, not a COMMERCIAL GYM. the humidity in this gym is similar or worse than outside because of the refusal to lower the temperature and increase the fans. anyone with a fraction of a brain cell can use draw a conclusion as to what that does for the smell and cleanliness.
not sure if it's a funding issue or donations are needed for AC, but turning the fans up when it's >90 degrees outside is a bare minimum expectation
update 2 weeks later- I have continued to bring this up, but it's actually getting HOTTER in here. Attached is a photo from yesterday, showing every single thermostat >70 - 72, 71, 70, 71, 70.

I love being back in the gym, they were polite and after a long workout, Matthew suggested the water chair massager, I could have fallen asleep that chairbed is amazing, this facility is big, clean, a lot of people but never crowded, i just wish they could play better groovy workout music, but yes this facility is very inviting and safe and a great place to be.

Been going here for about 6wks now. Great value for the price. Wish people wouldn't sit in machines and peruse their phones for 20 min or more at a time, but to each their own. Wish the was a standard squat rack and bench instead of smith machines, but work with what they have.

This is a pretty clean facility. The bathrooms are kept clean so it’s locker room. The machines are all working properly when they have a broken machine they’re usually pretty quick about fixing it. I travel across the country a lot and I use many different Planet Fitness. This one is pretty clean. Great and friendly staff
