I have had gym memeberships for 40 years. I’ve been in a lot of gyms all over the country and even the world. But I have to tell you the St. John planet fitness is at the top of the list. Tiffany and her staff keep that place spotless they’re always friendly they make sure to say hello when you come in, and have a good day when you leave. It doesn’t get any better than St. John Planet Fitness. They have set the bar very high

Arrived late in the evening. Was greeted by a awesome staff member. very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. Offered my first visit free. And membership start at $15 a month. I did not know it was that low priced. Now I'm hooked.

Beautiful, well maintained facility. There are plenty of machines so you're not waiting to use one.After my workout I can enjoy the massage chair, hydromassage chair, total body enhancement machine, and relaxation pod. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is the best gym in the area!

I love this gym and it is so cheap especially for a girl that doesn’t have a lot of money however even though I have a black card, one staff in the evening (I didn’t catch her name) asks for my ID every time I try to tan to check my age. She also says my account is inactive or my billing isn’t up to date only when I try to tan. Also the manager is very rude and for a gym that’s “judgement free” she certainly is not very open minded and gives me a hard time bringing people to the gym even with my black card.

This place is great. It is always super clean! Samantha and Caitlin at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Ericka is wonderful as a trainer and leader of my Friday classes. I love the 8:30 30-minute circuit class. It has such great equipment and a wonderful vibe. It is one of the main reasons I joined Planet Fitness. I also love the PF360 Strength class and the Stretch class. It is such a great way to start a Friday.

Just joined Planet Fitness and am very happy with my decision. I was drawn by the location, the circuit room and that they have a trainer. Working out is not something I look forward to and having a trainer to help is something I need. I meet with Erica and we discussed what my goals are and she created a plan with me. She took me through the circuit room and helped me learn every machine. The 30 minute circuit it what works for me and I'm concerned that I have heard Planet Fitness is removing these from there gyms. I hope the St John location does not!!! There trainer Erica is fabulous!!! Loved the classes she has held and plan to continue attending!!! I never would have worked so hard if not for her!!

Erica is great. Love working out with her. Heard that you were planning on getting rid of the 30 minute workout circuit. Please do not that is a wonderful area to do everything you need to do without really thinking about it. The main reason I joined was because you have a 30 minute workout circuit. Also love the Hydro massage and the red light therapy.

I like this gym, very clean always kept very organized. This is the only planet fitness in Northwest Indiana, though where the front desk is rude. I’ve had people get frustrated with me about giving me a new scan badge just because I don’t want the app on my phone. But almost no one ever says hello or goodbye there to me. The girl with the short blond hair is by far the kindest one there. It feels weird as the customer that I’m the one that always has to initiate it and half the time don’t get a response back. I work in healthcare, which means I work with a lot of people and I still say hello and goodbye to the people that I don’t enjoy seeing. Even the ones that just got done yelling at me. It’s just part of the job in customer service. The only thing disheartening about this gym.

This is by far the cleanest and most organized gym in the area. I have visited other PF locations like Merrillville and Crownt Point that weren’t near as nice. The Planet Fitness in Saint John, Indiana has the latest workout equipment available. I have been a member of Planet Fitness for almost 8 years. I would like to give a shoutout to Chris who works there at the gym. He always goes the extra mile. Though I would be surprised to find any competing fitness company that can offer all of the amenities for such a low membership cost that Planet offers; I still have some deep reservations not with the individual gyms, but with corporate Planet Fitness. Headquarters are strongly pushing their employees to go into the locker rooms of the opposite sex to do cleaning, even while showering! :( I am convinced that such activities are planned and well thought out from corporate at headquarters. Everything from never playing over the years a single Christmas song during the holiday season, as well as the promotion of woke values in traditional midwestern towns in time, is going to cost Planet Fitness by going against the deeply held values and beliefs of millions of Americans such as myself. It may take a long time in finding an alternative, but should their policies continue to evolve, I am convinced that I am not the only loyal member to look elsewhere.
