Once again they arent open when they say they will be at 5 am. This happens multiple times per year. They refuse to go to 24 hours like the other planet fitness and avoid this problem. So I'll be changing gyms, I'm so tired of waking up in the morning, and driving to a closed business that we pay for that advertises they are open.

In RESPONSE to the owner: YOU contact the manager its your gym. Ive never seen a manager in that gym in my life. Its all high school or young help. Its not my problem anymore.

Hows come this location is only open until 11pm and the one way down south far from where Im at here on the North end is open 24 hours? Makes things extremely difficult after I get off of work at 11 to travel all the way across town when I pay for a membership. Fix that problem Ill give ya 5 stars.

I go here every day and gym area is great. Locker rooms are disgusting. There are drain flies in the shower and the larva are all over the showers. They are on the walls shower floor and shower curtains.

The worst managed planet fitness I have ever been to. It was nice and well kept with the first set of managers. Now not so much. I wish I was closer to the south store. Some employees are really nice and others go out of their way to be rude.

The business itself was clean, in order, and attractive. I went as a guest for a 1st visit to see if I wanted to get a membership. The female working at the desk was anything but friendly, wouldn't answer questions, smile or offer more information. She let her male coworker do it all. Not a people person at all. May need some customer service tips to attract new members...otherwise all other aspects were intriguing.

I wouldn’t recommend trusting these people with access to your bank. They took my last $30 for gas and over drawled my bank $20 after just becoming a member the month before and paying $1 to sign up. I paid the regular monthly fee the week before the annual fee. I called after cancelling to request the annual fee back since I cancelled and they had no cares in the world that they are dealing with actual people but they only saw dollar signs. Their lack of caring costed my gumption to ever return. They did say I was only worth the money they could receive today.

it was amazing, just got my cheated on 2 times this year and going Planet Fitness was amazing, i would 100% recommend this gym if your a beginner, or even intermediate, i felt comfortable and didn't feel like i was being judged, i'm excited to come back soon and will definitely be buying a membership there, the equipment was nice and had a good variety of different lifts you could do

Been to both T H locations and the south one by far has more customer oriented staff and is much cleaner. The north location also has a young girl at the front counter with long black hair and fake eyelashes that is extremely rude and condescending. Many of my friends feel the same but know that it does no good to file a complaint on her attitude. Some “professionalism and how to show respect” training might be needed for her. Maybe hire a cleaning service to clean regularly.

Having visited both locations in Terre Haute, this one is definitely lacking a few things. No lack of cardio equipment however there’s limited space in the stretching area at the back of the club. The 360 training area like they have at the South location is more like a 180 training area at this location. No flat hydro bed, only lounger. Staff wasn’t wearing proper attire, pretty much the entire front desk had a cell phone in hand, and the music was just way too loud. Could definitely use more training or a new manager. Otherwise men’s restroom appeared clean and other members seemed mindful of making sure to wipe down equipment after use.

New to gym workouts and learning about the equipment. Enjoying the equipment so far. Would like to see the place a little cleaner. The self tanning area is very dusty and the floor of the tanner needs cleaned as does the floor of the room and also the table in the room. Not as clean as I had anticipated.

Everyone at planet fitness are awesome and kind people. This location has only been open one month and it makes me sad at how people are so ready to bash a newly open location and staff. In the world we are in right now people should be more kind to the ones that ACTUALLY came and want to work. You have to give out what you to recieve! 55 years old over weight work about 50 hrs a week falling to the pressure from my wife and doctor I went in and a young man named Tate helped me threw the process didn’t judge was dam pleasant . He offered to explain any equipment they had that I wasn’t familiar with . It’s been about a month every time I come in the young people behind the counter are very present and Tate actually greets me he remembers helping me sign up he is a great asset to this place . I am the type of person if they laughed or snickered I would have told them where they could shove there equipment .Every time I have checked in it’s been a good experience. So basically if your not in great physical condition or if you are this a good place to work up a sweat .
