Hello to everybody who attends Plantet Fitness in Warsaw. I joined Planet Fitness in January 2025. In March 2025, they started to charge my account twice and said I made 2 memberships. I only made one when I joined. I realized this now in August.

If you attend, please check your payment methods as they might be charging you twice per month. I fat checked it, I was only getting charged once in January and February, then suddenly twice a month in March. @planetfitness

I love this place! It’s flawlessly clean and the staff are professional and friendly and approachable. They also don’t wait for you to look clueless standing around a while before they ask if you need anything. They have prompt customer service and work to help you with your questions and needs. Updated as things has improved and that should be celebrated! The gym itself is well-equipped, and the staff members have always been friendly and helpful. Juan greets you by first name and does the same as you are leaving with the biggest smile! Great customer service skills seen from him! This is still true for me-Operating Hours: However, the recent shift away from 24/7 access has been a disappointment. Like you, I cherished those late-night workouts when the gym was practically empty. I understand the business perspective—paying employees during off-hours—but selfishly I miss my Saturday at 11pm workouts

Absolutely, will not recommend the hoops you have to jump through are outrageous to cancel. No one is helpful. Canceling a membership is impossible & you'll be billed for the month you cancel. Everyone will pass the buck and nothing gets solved. When I did come here several people did not wipe machines down I voiced my concer and the associate laughed. Terrible experience across the board. When speaking to the manager today I was informed she was sure I had a good experience in her gym. I spent more time at the Goshen/Elkhart locations. *edit* I have contacted management, she is unable to help. Again, everyone wants to point you to someone else, and nothing is resolved.

Planet Fitness of Warsaw is clean, enormous, the equipment is clean and there are a lot of machines to work with. The the positive energy I feel when I work out there removes my stress. The staff does not annoy you with put away your equipment or wipe it down. They treat you with respect and one can enjoy one’s workout. I love that place. I drive 30 minutes each way just to work out there.

Very disappointed with how the staff treated members on the 4th of July. The manager present, was kicking members out early, even though the hours were until 2pm. She was very rude toward everyone finishing their workout 20 minutes up to close. At 1:50 she aggressively told everyone to get out. I normally like this gym and the GM does a good job. But today was not enjoyable!

Clean and enjoyable experience with friendly staff. We have a membership in another state, but they let us try it out for free while in town with a regular limited membership. It was reminiscent of our own gym but the weights did not go as heavy. There were sufficient machines and treadmills but I suggest dumbells over 60#. We have 75#. Many gyms go to 100 or so. The crowd was small.

Love the 30 minute room and the copious amounts of equipment including cardio machines.
They have plenty of workers to help answer any questions.
I was new to a gym setting, so it was intimidating for me to initially begin. I felt welcome immediately.
The trainer Ashley is available for classes Mon through Friday ( hours vary). This service is free even with the basic membership. She is extremely knowledgeable about each machine, fitness in general and is a fantastic instructor.
One of my favorite parts of Planet Fitness is the Spa area with the upgraded monthly fee. This includes tanning, red light therapy, massage chairs, hydro massage and a wellness pod.
Overall, it's a great atmosphere .. no grunting allowed .. to get a fabulous workout and cool down ♡

Good for the most part. Usually they are out of paper towels in dispensers to clean machines you use, and half of the spray bottles don't really work good. Just makes me question cleanliness after each person's use. Most people don't even try to clean equipment after use, atleast while I have been there from my own experience. But the staff is for the most part nice. Most of the guys don't say anything, but the women there are respectable and say hello, and have a nice day when you leave. Typical gym experience. Nothing really above and beyond there. And I dislike the fact there are no scales, for the fact of body shaming is what they say...

I've recently been made aware by the staff at my local planet fitness that the company fully supports grown men being allowed in the women's locker room without question. This is completely disgusting and a massive safety issue for anybody with young daughters, I will no longer have a membership with an insensitive company that bends the knee to social stupidity and that would allow grown men to share a locker room with my daughters. I have canceled my membership and encourage everyone else to do the same!!!

I was happy it was closer to where iam at on Sundays good atmosphere. But the cleanliness is not good at all there were paper towels every wear men's locker room was gross. Rated 3 stars because of my recent visit to this facility. Facilities are clean and plenty of machines. Been a Black Card member for several years. I love Planet Fitness but today I was told by an employee at the Warsaw location that I could not use the tanning facilities until she verified I had my protective eyewear with me. I explained that I have never owned a pair nor have I ever been asked to see them before by any of the multiple facilities I’ve used. She told me it was policy. Then she wanted me to purchase some there.
Of course I declined as I feel that the use of these are at my discretion. Seems like some kind of scheme to get more of my money in addition to my monthly membership.
I have endorsed P/F to a lot of friends but not sure if I can continue to endorse a membership if they are going to force people to purchase additional equipment to use their equipment.

Joined about a month ago- came from ACE in rochester (which is icky). I changed jobs, so I changed gyms.

Clean, great equiptment, plenty of space.

The gals at the front desk are always very nice.

Lets talk bathrooms- the ladies room is always clean and well kept. Which says a lot, y'all, cause women are gross.

There is plenty of equiptment, even with the influx of "holiday/new year new me" folks (no judgement, all are welcome here!)

It does make me giggle that they opened up right next door to another gym- that's always empty

Anyway- the Black card spay is delightful- I make use of the hydrochairs after working out- Im prone to migraines, and doing one of the chairs really helps cut down on my pain.

That area is darkly light (delightful!), well kept and clean.

I'd like to highlight the fact that this gym does not tolerate weight dropping/throwing/ect- if you're into that, this isnt the place for you. For me, it's wonderful- I have C-PTSD, and had a really hard time at ACE for that reason- men tossed weights like children playing blocks.

This gym seems sto be heavily female, at tleast at the time of day I go- and there are all body sizes and shapes.

This gym was wonderful. As a trucker, I frequently patronize several different PF all over the country. This gym was one of my new favorites. Clean, decent shower area; plus newish equipment, not too shabby PF. Anyone who visits should be able to have a great workout.

Though it's not perfect. One piece of equipment needs some TLC. Other than that, top marks.

And it's so gangster they opened up right next to another gym. That's cold PF...

Why charge for eye stickers that we are being forced to take even if we don’t wear them? Also, Some employees cause more of an awkward situation than needs to be instead of smiling and being inviting. Had a low tier, and an employee (Lewis night shift) helped me get air back in after I plugged it. Went absolutely above and beyond.
Black card members get access to an amazing relaxing spaw. Membership is affordable. I have a factory job, mortgage, and car payment to balance, so it is nice to get out and get in shape or relax for a day.

I absolutely love the Warsaw gym! The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable! Almost never an empty paper towel dispenser and if there is, they’re right there to fix it! Machines are always clean and it never smells like that mixture of ball sweat and BO that most gyms have! The locker rooms are clean, the Black Card Spa is always great! I also have to brag on their new Trainer, Ashley! She’s helped me so much and my boyfriend and I have learned so much from her in the short time we’ve been working out with her! There are plenty of machines to work out on and a wide variety. The equipment is brand new and works well! It's clean, most of the time, and not overcrowded. It's easy to check in and also track my workouts. I like the App content too, with videos to use at home when I can't get into the gym. The Black Card Room area is a really nice way to end the workout. The locker room is great too. I wish there weren't so many TV's hanging from the ceiling, I find it distracting and visually crowded, but I guess some people like that.
