Very pleased with Priority Fitness! They create a comprehensive and creative program tailored to your needs that work different muscles each week. It has helped improve my agility and general physical fitness. Karen is very attentive to my needs and pushes my success. I have also utilized Anthony for an injury that I sustained outside of Priority Fitness which was limiting the use of my shoulder. After just two sessions with Anthony, my pain was gone. I truly believe the Priority Firness team has improved my general health.

I am pleased with the overall service I have received thus far at Priority Fitness from the moment I submitted my initial inquiry. Karen, Jim, Anthony, and Ed were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Anthony created a warm and relaxing environment and gave my body exactly what it needed with his assisted stretching service. This was my first experience and I am looking forward to future visits with him and am equally excited to begin my sessions with the personal trainer, Ed. Got a massage from Anthony and he nailed it. Before starting we discussed what I was looking for and where I would like focus. He was polite and communicative throughout the entire process while maintaining a relaxing environment. The facility itself was well maintained and welcoming. I was greeted at the door by name and introduced to the staff right away. Great experience, will go back.

Assisted Stretching is a game changer! I've been a satisfied 2x/week personal training client at Priority since 2018. Priority added assisted stretching in 2023 and I've had weekly sessions since then with Anthony. I've never been flexible and stretching tight muscles on my own is just so hard to do. From my first session I knew this is what my body needed. Anthony stretches my hips, glutes, hamstrings and quads as I've requested. Anthony is amazing with his strength and touch. When he is lifting and stretching my body I am relaxed and I have complete confidence that he will not overdo the stretch or cause any pain. Anthony's technique of combining pressure near or opposite the muscle being stretched has eliminated the muscle cramping I get when I do the stretches myself. Gone is the chronic pain I would get in my hips from forced prolonged sitting at events or on airplanes and remarkably my restless leg condition has dissipated. Anthony is a true talent and I'm grateful for these sessions that are worth every penny! Priority Fitness is super clean and well stocked with all sorts of equipment. I started personal training in my early 50s because I feared bone and muscle loss due to age. Now I can do any activity I want to do and I feel strong and capable.

I have been working out at Priority Fitness three time a week since September of 2016. I think the time and money I spend on personal training at PF is, by far, the most important time and money i spend.
I am 74 years old, so there have been many other fitness plans. Never has any of those other programs lasted more than a few months before I lost interest and or motivation to continue. I wish I had all the money I wasted on unused gym memberships. I can honestly say I have never wasted a penny at PF.
My trainer is always there, waiting for me. He knows what I need, how much I need. and how to motivate me to want it.

I have been training at Priority for more than 5 years and could not be more happy and grateful for the twice weekly sessions that I have. Jim is my primary trainer and I've also worked Tim and Kelly plus Anthony for stretch. All awesome trainers. The level of intensity is just right and the progress towards my goals has been noticeable and powerful.
I recently asked Jim about changing my fitness goals and he was on it, modifying my training program immediately and effectively! I regularly counsel my patients on the benefits of weight training. 2x per week increases longevity- that's a proven fact!
When you walk out to your car after a priority workout, you feel awesome as those endorphins give you that natural high! I could never get the level of workout I get with priority if I was doing it myself.

I love this place. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and passionate about their work. My trainer (Jerry) is organized, patient, and really fun to train with. Most importantly, he understands health and fitness. Their sessions can be as short as 30 minutes - which is perfect for someone like myself with a tight schedule. Finally, they have great hours that accommodate everyone. I'd highly recommend Priority Fitness.

Found a great Groupon for this place! Friendly staff, male and female. Easy to schedule. Trainers listen to your 'fitness priorities' - as they are perfectly named. All shapes and sizes welcome with a variety of equipment to work with, with a trainer or on your own. More personal than a gym and no loud meat heads staring you down or judging you. Massage packages available too!
