Region Strength Personal Training is a private training studio where the coaches work one-on-one with clients in a safe, clean environment. We believe that movement is the key component to our overall wellness.
We want our clients to not only reach their specific goals but improve their overall quality of life. If you're suffering from pain, struggling to get up and down from the ground, or just not as confident as you used to be, we can help get you back to that!

I have been training with Andrew for about 3 years now. He has a vast amount of knowledge from strength and mobility training to nutrition. I had constant back, knee, and hip pain do to previous lifting injuries. Since I have been training with Andrew not only has he shown me how to correct the issues causing my pain, but my strength and mobility has increased drastically. I've trained with other personal trainers but none have shown true love for what they do like Andrew. Thank you Andrew!

I have been training with Drew for about 6 years. I started with him after having kids, and he has helped me stay in shape as well as stay strong, consistent and motivated.
He takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate how adaptable he is. If I’ve ever had an injury or something is bothering me, he is quick to adjust the workouts so I can keep moving. He always has a plan, but he also listens and makes sure that what we are doing works for me.
If you’re looking for a trainer who knows what they are doing and actually cares, I can’t recommend Drew enough!

I absolutely love this place! Andrew has been my trainer for over a year now and has really helped me with the transformation of my body. He’s very knowledgeable and helps me understand nutritional values. I highly recommend this place! All their trainers are amazing.

Andrea was my trainer. She is very patient, easy to talk to, but still stern to hold me accountable. Her workouts were catered to my fitness ability. The individual attention I received made sure I was doing each work out correctly. She is also very knowledgeable with nutrition. Drew and Andrea both are worth the investment and make training as enjoyable as possible!

I had a great experience at this location. My trainer is Andrea and she is very accommodating to my work schedule. Her workouts are catered to each person and she took extra care for an old knee injury that would flair up. Even with the extra care to my knee, I still got an intense workout and felt a difference within the first week. By the time my training package was up, I was really happy with the results! I’m getting ready to go back for more! The individual attention you get is so worth the investment and making training appointments keeps me accountable.
