When I moved to the area I was looking for a gym and got a family. This group is amazing and Coach Steph and Coach Mary will push you because they know how strong you really are. I do both semi private and small group classes and love it. Two months in and I see and feel the difference. Plus nutrition guidance and constant motivation, you canβt go wrong here..

A gym that gives you results! I swear by Stephβs (gym owner) gym. Iβve tried the Y, Iβve tried planet fitness, and other gyms like planet fitness and this is the gym I personally only see results at. She keeps me motivated and I love her creative cardio and strength classes. Sheβs knowledgeable with nutrition and shares delicious recipes on the facebook group page. Sheβs always going above and beyond for her clients and the results prove it!

I have been going to RF for over a year now. I have worked with all 3 coaches , Steph, Vanessa and Mary. They are all wonderful and push you to challenge yourself. I have had a knee replacement and they will work with you to do alternative movements if there are exercises I struggle with. Steph also works with you on your nutrition . All the members are all very encouraging to each other and itβs a very fun environment to workout in. The biggest thing for me personally is the number of class times she offers daily, you have a few options in the morning and a few in the afternoon so you ALWAYS have a option to fit a workout in your schedule. Kids are always welcome too! There is a loft area they can play in while you can still keep a eye on them ! Itβs a great combination of men and women of all ages.

I've been going to Revolution Fitness for over a year and absolutely love it there. I specifically do semi-private training with Steph (and occasionally one of the other coaches). Steph and all other coaches are wonderful. The programs put together for me are thoughtful and have a good balance of feeling challenging without being too challenging. If I'm really struggling or experiencing pain, Steph is really good about making adjustments. My physical therapist has been consistently impressed with the workouts that Steph comes up with. On top of that, not only have I made a ton of progress on my fitness goals, I have made a lot of progress in terms of my abilities inside and outside of the gym. I love the environment at RF and enjoy getting to know everyone else who joins. As someone who has found a lot of other gyms feeling unwelcoming and overwhelming, I have found that RF is one of my happy places. If you're feeling unsure, I say do it! Highly, highly recommend.

I like the environment. Everyone is very friendly, especially the coaches. This is a great place for people who have never been apart of a gym, like me, because with the help of the coaches it has been a smoother transition from a sedimentary lifestyle to a more healthier and fitter lifestyle.

Rev fitness has helped me regain my fitness. Iβve lost over 30 lbs. but even more Iβm able to move and push my body again. Great environment to work out in. Everyone, they're very nice and will encourage you to keep going. Coach's are really great to work with. Always hands on at every session. Those who have previous injuries can still join. Thw coach will modify your workouts to accommodate you.

I love this gym. They have helped me when I couldn't help myself. They were very patient and encouraging when I thought I couldn't. Not just one but all of them make you feel at home. You can go to anyone of them for help and what is nice also that if they see you struggling them come and offer their help with a smile. This gym RF is the place to be if you're bored and want to be or do something. Don't be afraid to join no experience needed. Come with all your questions, they will help you all through your journey.

If you want personalized coaching by a fun trainer this is the place for you! Steph has theme weeks to make it more fun. Steph also helps with nutritional coaching helping members to understand their macros. She can help personalize workouts based on individual goals or personal injuries. The space is huge and everyone there was so friendly!

After moving from IL to the NWI area, one of the top things on my list of things to do was to find a new gym. I've always done well in group class settings and began my search.
Truth be told, I had messaged RF before I even moved to the area to get an idea on pricing and the class structure. Steph answered quickly and informed me that there was an option to do a 7 day free trial. I took the plunge back in April and haven't looked back!
I've been actively working out for years but am surprised by how much my strength has increased in just a few short months. I am being pushed to go above what I thought my body was capable of and am constantly surprising myself with my ability. I wouldn't have been gaining the confidence and strength that I have now without RF.
I actively look forward to my workouts at this gym. I feel motivated and energized after every workout, even those that have left me lying in a puddle of sweat at the end of the hour!
I can't speak any higher of RF, Steph and the other coaches and athletes. I am beyond happy with my decision to join this gym and excited to learn more from them.

I started at Revolution Fitness a little over 3 months ago. I knew I needed to make a change to get myself stronger and healthier. I was intimidated at first as I hadnβt been to a gym for a a few years.
Stephanie and the rest of the trainers are so encouraging and knowledgeable. I have so much more energy now and I look forward to going to my workouts. Itβs great to be in a place where everyone is down to earth and knows you by name.

This place has been transformative for me! I was looking for a personal trainer that would challenge me, hold me accountable, and help me achieve some simple fitness goals. I found that and so much more at Revolution Fitness. I started off with Steph, who created a training plan specifically for me, my body type and goals. The results have been amazing. I've lost inches, toned in all the tight places, and have muscles. This summer, I wore shorts and had my belly out for the first time in years. And I have muscles!!! π€£π€£π€£π€£My other trainers, Theresa, Mary, and Dana are awesome too.
And I love the flow of the training sessions, the environment, and so much. It's also affordable. I had intended to only come twice per week. Now I come 3-4 times, and would do more if possible. If you're looking for REAL results, this is the place to be!

Steph is awesome! I need a lot of instruction on form and she is very patient with me. All of the members are very encouraging and helpful. The classes are exactly what I needed. Strength snd cardio mixed. 45 mins Iβm done. Some of the classes are strength only if I want that. She has let me work at my level along with challenging me to move forward at my pace. You wonβt regret getting healthy here!

I love everything about this place! I finally have a gym to call "home". Steph is able to design a workout for each individual and keeps it challenging but attainable and the atmosphere is incredible! I was a Y member but after paying monthly dues and then pay to take classes the Y was more expensive, had no individual focus, was clicky and was a bit judgy. Revolution has Men & Women of all levels and you are welcomed immediately by ALL! No boundries!

I have been working out regularly at the gym for years, but I feel like I need a different work out challenge. Revolution Fitness has a trial out program, $14 for 14 days so I decided to give Revolution Fitness a try. It's been a month since I joined and I notice that my upper body strength has increased, I am more comfortable at lifting weight and most importantly, working out has become fun! The coaching at Revolution Fitness is the best I have ever seen. I joined to try and lose weight and get fit on a Groupon at the insistence of my daughters and never looked back. Steph and the
