This is the best boxing gym in the City. Danny Thomas is a retired professional boxer/kickboxer with vast amounts of experience. If you wish to begin amateur boxing, or just get in shape, Rock 'Em Sock'Em Boxing and Kickboxing is the place to go.

Professional boxing training and management are also available at this facility.
