HOLY MOLEY!! I continue to write reviews and taking them down because I feel maybe Im too hard in my reviews and I do see the potential but after today enough is enough. The competition absolutely SUCKED because of the lack of venue preparation. Then to charge ppl to come into something so ill put together. From the HORRIBLE seating where NOONE could see much to the just apparent and evident lack of care for ANYTHING other than the collected $. Its shameful and my daughter will not be returning after this year of competitions. Nor will I or my family continue dump atrocious amount of money or support the greed clearly visible by the owners. Flat out DO BETTER! No excuses. It sickens me the way we as paying clients as well as the paying visitors were treated today. The sound system or shall I say LACK OFF was even the worst. The announcements weren't even heard and the music for the floor routines was a whisper. Everyone in the seats that were jammed into the tiny space was saying the same. At this point I feel Im owed money buly this lack luster business. Ppl in the seats are saying "this is the worst competition all the others won't be this bad". I have a small business myself and I would NEVER present something to paying clients this ill put together and carelessness for their teams as well as the paying parents. At least provide a close as authentic experience as possible for YOUR TEAM. You represented your HOME team to the visiting teams poorly when your team comes out to represent you with everything they have. I have 2nd hand embarrassment for the girls. I dont care to pay for things at ANY amount but the quality here isn't there yet. Do not host if you cannot host and in these conditions you can not! Just because you have equipment doesn't mean you can host. Find a different venue, move equipment, set stuff up differently, space chairs, move chairs, idk but its clear the effort wasnt put into the production as much as the price tag. And for what we pay already in the thousands for competition teams is a spit in our face and a disrespect you STILL charge us to "watch" something we cant see. Im embarrassed, you should be ashamed. To the owner specifically, DO BETTER. This display TICKS me off in a lighter word. We cant blame the employees because i have personally experienced them being clueless to prices, owed dues and many other things they have to call you for. Not to mention when I came in to pay ANY amount that was owed and NOONE knew a thing. What level my daughter was in, how much was owed or any info as to what I needed to pay. Later just to find out and they, believe it or not, we're wrong. Imagine that. They later contacted me and said I owed more and TRIED to say I owed a "late fee". This place clearly is only interested in the profit and No one's best intrest. Shameful, sad and embarrassing. I should ask for a refund today but I won't. Obviously the owner needs it more than I or any of these other hard working family's. I hope they figure it out for the future familys and hopefully they can provide a venue and a building that has A/C in summer and Heat in winter at VERY LEAST. P.S I do have professional sound equipment for rent and I promise its quality and something to be proud of. Maybe we can barter and I get some of my money back. I signed termination forms on January 9th with this company and I still keep getting charged every month iv tried calling a bunch of times Noone will answer and stop these payments! My daughter hasn't been there since last year ! Be carful with this company they have a signed form to stop and refuse to quit charging me. They called and asked me to come back i said no on April 28th they still continue to charge me!!!
