[solidcore] is a high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout on a custom-built reformer machine. It utilizes slow, controlled movements to push your muscles to the point of failure in order to build back stronger.

I enjoyed my experience at this studio. Ashley was an amazing and engaging coach. I also like that the class size was a little bit smaller, which gave her more time to assist each member. 10/10!

The class was small, and the instructor Amanda was really nice and helpful. If you think it's easy because it seems as if u are just sliding, nope . It is definitely hard work, but you feel great afterward.

Was excited to try solid core! I am new to Indy and it would’ve been my first time trying Pilates, it was hard finding parking and when I walked inside the instructor was rude. She just said class already started and laughing at me. Not “ hi sorry class has started or have a sit outside for me…nothing”. So I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Tried to take a class through ClassPass, had trouble parking because there’s nothing within a half mile of the studio. That made me about 10 minutes early for class instead of 15 min early like they request. Power walked to the door trying to still make it and the door was already locked. ClassPass says it auto locks 5 min after class time which I was still 10 minutes early for and the door code wouldn’t work, no one up front to help you, so I had to cancel and incur a $14 fee because the door won’t open. Looked like a fun place to take a class I’m sad I couldn’t attend.

Solidcore has been the perfect supplement workout for me for the past 10 months! I have loved every coach I've taken class from, and even with only coming 1-2 times per week, I truly notice a difference in my overall strength. It's the hardest workout I've ever done, in the best way! Fabulous customer service, great coaches, excellent COVID protocols (masks were required for all before vaccines being available, which was hard to find in this city and I appreciated so much). I will keep coming back again and again!

I love working out here! Hands down the best core workout I've ever done. The studio is always clean and coaches are very friendly. Amy, the studio manager does a great job of getting to know clients personally. They are doing a terrific job during covid as well, everyone gets their temp taken prior to class and keeps a mask on while exercising.

I love this studio! Amy, the manager, is extremely friendly. The classes are all taught by awesome instructors that make a great effort in doing individual corrections and encouraging you to do the best. The max amount of people per class is 12 so it's never super packed. The studio is extremely clean and there's parking all around.

Love this workout and the incredible coaches at the Downtown studio! Solidcore will not only transform your body but will also create positive space in your life. I am forever addicted! Amy, the studio manager is fantastic. All the coaches are great but Taylor, Kennedy, & Amy will really kick your butt! Every coach will make you feel extremely welcome!
The studio is always clean and has taken many safety precautions due to covid.
These coaches are worth every penny!!

I had a blast firing up more core during my first class! Amy and her staff are so motivating and I enjoy the team effort. I definitely felt the burn and my muscles were challenged in a way they have never been before.

My husband and I started going when they opened because we live close by and wanted to change up our workouts. One of the toughest group fitness classes we’ve done, but completely accessible and all the coaches are so nice and great. Love the workouts and we go regularly now. They get a lot of new people in, so they do a great job of getting people ready for the workout quickly. It’s a great downtown community - highly recommend trying it out!

My first experience with [solidcore] was at the downtown Indianapolis studio. My first class was with Chaya. Her welcoming and kind energy created such a positive experience that I decided to buy the unlimited membership. I have taken classes with a multitude of coaches here: Kaylen, Amy (studio manager), Kennedy, Taylor, Lauren, Kady, Mitch, Brooke, Tori, and Melissa from the Broad Ripple studio.
Most of my classes were with Kennedy and Taylor, so those are the experiences I can best speak on. Kennedy has a very kind, optimistic, yet going to make you work energy and is always willing to sneak in a classic rock or country song to keep you on your toes. Nothing beats her rock-solid high fives at the end of class either. Overall, I found her classes intense and fun. Taylor’s optimism and love for [solidcore] is infectious and makes you want to keep showing up for these intense workouts. Both coaches make sure you feel that you are collaborating as a team rather than competing with one another.
I have enjoyed every class I’ve taken and have always felt respected and welcomed into a community of people who want to see you reach your full potential. Moreover, every coach was more than willing to work with me after class to address any individual concerns I had about the workout and to ensure that I am working out in a sustainable, functional manner. Looking forward to working with you all more!
