Stockton Training Grounds is a fitness facility based and focused on the client. We provide personal training, nutrition coaching, bootcamp classes, circuit classes, InBody body composition testing, exercise education and goal sustainment.

I have been going to see Phil off and on for over a year. He provides powerful insight as to how you can improve your physical self and knows your capabilities. As someone who has never been very comfortable in a weight room atmosphere, Phil gives customary work outs that help extend confidence both physically and mentally.

Me and wife decided we needed to feel better but need that extra help to get there. Phil understands each persons limits and creates a unique routine for each of us. Very knowledgeable and explains things easily. Phil will have help you achieve any goals you have!

I started training with Phil right before the lock down. We started back up when measures were lifted. Phil targets my weak areas and my back and knees are now pain free. Phil gives me extra things to do at home that are very helpful to keep me motivated between sessions. Phil guides me on form and technique and teaches me dynamic exercises to keep each session different! Love. This. Place. Boot camps are awesome too.

I canβt say enough good things about Phil and his trainers. I am hitting major goals for the first time, and the atmosphere is so much better than the big box gyms. You truly get the 1-1 attention and focus without any distraction. If you want results, give these guys a call. Jen is my trainer and is tough yet knows my limits. She has completely transformed me in 12 weeks.

Great Gym! Phil created a personalized routine for me based on my body type. 99% of the times when I worked out, we had the gym completely to ourselves. He worked with my hectic work and travel schedule and made sure I was happy. Great trainer and a great gym.

Phil is an excellent trainer - he customizes his workouts to meet the needs of who is is working with. He has trained my teenage athlete focusing on what she needs to become stronger for her sport. I personally have worked out with several trainers in the past and Can say that he definitely knows what he is doing and does a great job encouraging me and helping me get stronger!
