This is the only gym I've been able to commit to. The workouts are tough but I can feel myself getting stronger. It's been great for my mental health. All the coaches are so nice and don't make me feel judged when I struggle or need help. I actually look forward to going to the gym in the morning π₯°

When I first started a month ago, I had never worked out in my life and was incredibly nervous. But the instructors are all so awesome and make you feel comfortable. They help throughout the workout if they notice you are doing something with incorrect form so you get the best results. Also, every workout is different and challenging. Now, I truly love it and can't wait to go everyday!

I love how the workouts are always changing, therefore challenging me in different ways. When I worked out my myself Iβd stop when it got hard. The coaches are all awesome though and encourage you when you start to get to that point. I go to de-stress instead of dreading my next workout.

I love this place! I have been going now for almost a month and I hate missing a day. The atmosphere and the people are awesome! Cameron Deckard designs a different routine for each day and its never boring. I love the way I feel when I leave, even though the next day I maybe sore I would rather be sore than sorry that I'm not doing something to better myself! This place is a must try!!!!
