Josh is very knowledgeable! I have had previous injuries from sports in the past. He is always making sure that I am doing things that cater to that. Since I started in November of last year, I have had less issues with those injuries. My shoulder and knee are beginning to get stronger. I have also noticed small amounts of weight loss and energy levels have increased. He offers a one on one no judgment workout space. I highly recommend Strive Studio!

I started with Josh last April. I was extremely nervous and thought I was too old. Almost a year later I’ve lost almost 50lbs and am getting healthier than I have ever been. My work schedule doesn’t make it possible for me to workout weekly but consistently and on my own has been the key! I have been working out consistently with Josh for over 3 years. I struggle with sticking with things and Josh made it so easy for me, I didn’t really have a choice! He is punctual, polite and knowledgeable! Josh always checks in with me before my workouts and if I’m off or not feeling well, he quickly adjusts my workouts to meet my needs. Working out for me meant doing so in a safe space without judgement and I have found that and more with Josh and Strive Studio. If you are looking for a trainer/place to workout, Strive Studio is it! It is a great place to come and get a workout in a judgement free zone. Josh will meet you wherever you are at in your journey whether it be beginner, somewhere in the middle or advanced and come up with a plan that works for you. He also offers online, hybrid programs and nutritional assistance. Since beginning my journey here I feel so much better not just physically better but my mental health has improved as well. You have to invest in yourself! You won’t regret it!

Josh is amazing to work with. He is very non-judgmental and professional. He will not make you do things you cannot handle. Also, he was very respectful. He's easy to get a long with and talk to. His workouts are fun, but challenging, and he switches them up to keep it interesting. I highly recommend giving Strive Studio and Josh a try if you are looking to work with a personal trainer.
