I'm Katie! I have 7 years of personal training experience with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and a graduate degree in Public Health and Physical Activity. I work with clients of all ages and skill levels. My goal is to make exercise fun, safe, and effective for clients every session. My training programs are geared toward helping clients gain strength, increase confidence, and make exercise something they look forward to.
My training studio is private and sessions are by appointment only. I offer single client sessions and partner sessions.

Katie trained me for several years in Texas! I first met Katie at our local gym and as Covid hit we began training at my house, the park, and running trails! Katie keeps workouts fun and always mixes up workouts! I never felt burned out and she always pushed me just enough to stay on track with my goals!! Texas will miss her!!

Iβm not overstating when I say that training with Katie was life changing. I was seriously overweight, out of shape and scared to death when we got started. Two years later, Iβm 65 lbs down and 50+ inches lost. Katie made me feel so comfortable, she challenged me when she knew I could handle it and it was such an amazing boost to my confidence as I grew stronger and fitter. Katie is a wonderful trainer, and I enthusiastically recommend her. I was looking for support to maintain general health and fitness -- as well as manage some chronic conditions. She did such a good job putting together a program for me. She would come into each session with a game plan, and was willing to adjust based on my conditions that day. Some days we'd up the workout. Other days it was all I could manage to do stretches. Regardless, she was focused on my needs and making our time productive -- and fun!

My fitness journey has been riddled with peaks and valleys, but working with Katie helped me to be at my best both mentally and physically. In addition to building strength, she designed her sessions to fit my mood and energy level. I always left my workout feeling more positive than when I arrived. She incorporated my favorite movements, designed competitions, and gave me prizes when I reached a big goal. Her wholistic approach made me feel like we were working on all aspects of my health, and I truly enjoyed my time with her.
