I have been a member of Survival Fitness for just over two years, consistently participating in strength training classes three times per week.

The atmosphere at Survival Fitness is notably distinct, largely due to its supportive gym community. The membership is comprised of individuals from various backgrounds and fitness levels, all dedicated to improving their health and well-being. Trainers actively engage with participants during classes, offering guidance and motivation rather than remaining in offices or distracted by personal devices.

Survival Fitness offers rigorous classes designed to encourage meaningful effort. When I began, my weight was 275 pounds and my cardiovascular endurance was limited; through regular attendance, I have lost over 25 pounds, increased muscle mass, and significantly enhanced my cardio fitness. At Survival Fitness improvement is achievable regardless of one’s starting point.

While personal commitment ultimately determines progress, joining a positive and encouraging environment can make a substantial difference during the initial stages of a fitness journey. My son loves going to Survival Fitness for the Ninja and OCR classes. Coach Eric is a very good coach and really helped my son prepare for his Spartan races and Ninja competition.

My son and I have been attending Survival Fitness for about 6 months and love it. I have made great progress with my mobility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. I was in a severe car accident 10 years ago and my health suffered due to the pain. Survival fitness has really helped me with improving my balance and mobility. I love going to the gym now.

Survival Fitness blends fitness and fun. They offer an array of classes for all ages and fitness levels. From adult workouts to ninja sessions for kids, this gym is for everyone. They offer a variety of classes including HIIT, Strength, Mobility, and Ninja - Survival Fitness ensures there's something for everyone. The instructors lead engaging sessions. They are super helpful and will meet you wherever you are at. They show you how to modify or substitute an exercise if you ever need. It really shows how much they care about their clients.

The ninja classes for kids are led by an awesome instructor, these sessions foster agility, strength, and coordination in a safe environment. It's a joy to watch my son gain strength and confidence while also making new friends. I am so glad we found this gym.

I went to a trial class this past Sunday and loved my HIIT class with Annie. I’m pretty out of shape and she took the time to help me with modifications so that I was still getting a good workout. I am super excited to come check out the strength classes too! Members were super friendly, staff has been amazing, super responsive and helpful! Covid safe atmosphere. Highly recommend checking them out!

Frank's Saturday class is my favorite! He keeps the class high energy and starts with running to warm up. Total body workout that is always different from the last class! Let's be Frank, Frank is great!

Where was this gym when I was 30!?! I've been going to this gym for a few years. Over the past year I made a commitment to making fitness a lifestyle change. With Josh and his staffs guidance and encouragement, I began lifting weights and saw measurable changes in my body. In fact, I have better muscle tone in my 50s than I have my whole life! The cardio classes are very challenging but fun! The staff is top notch, the workouts are great, and the other members of the gym have become my friends. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I can’t say enough about this gym! The staff is very knowledgeable and encouraging. You’ll get a great workout whether you do the strength, HIIT, or tabata. This is the only gym I’m motivated and excited to go to!
