LOVE pulse! I have recruited so many of my friends to come here with me. Great music and atmosphere. It is a judge free zone where the instructors make you feel safe and force you to have fun! It is such a great workout too. Great calorie burner while having a good time.

The district (Pulse), is a great place to get a great workout in! Heather and her team of instructors are amazing and are so motivating! Definitely a fun and friendly environment! I love the P3 classes Tuesday and Thursdays mornings at 9:30a.m.! ( take small weights!1lb, 2lb, or 3lbs) You'll want to start with small weights then build up! Help builds muscle and my mental wellness!!😁❤

This is such a fun environment to get a workout in. Well priced for an hour long class. The music and upbeat atmosphere and instructors makes working out fun. It's easy to modify the exercises based on your fitness level. I always look forward to going. I've been going off and on for years and it's always been a good experience.
