I love this place. Twice a week, 20 mins really works for me. May consider 3x a week. I have paid for the 6 month program to start as my trial period. I just finished the six months just signed on a full year. The coaches in Crown Point are wonderful and I enjoy our workouts.

This experience has been the longest time I've spent on a journey for better health and exercise. It's the perfect choice for those who aren't sure how to get into a fitness program. It's a new year, and a lot of people are looking to improve their lives etc. Exercise Coach is the perfect choice. It's a place where the coaches are truly invested in your success, and the other patrons are also supportive. Its a comfortable place to focus and put your time in, even if you don't want to interact with others. I'd like to encourage everyone to at least contact Exercise Coach... who can't dedicate 20 minutes twice a week to a better healthier lifestyle?

Great staff. All are very engaging, talkative and supportive. Positive energy every time. I feel encouraged on the days it feels a little tougher.
Great program. Iβm 7 months in and feel toned and physically stronger. Iβve lost 20 lbs as well.

I love the space, I love the staff, I love the program! Even though the work out session is only 20 minutes, I leave feeling the results of an intense full body workout. I love the fact that several of the machines show me my progress each time I use them. I began to feel stronger and toned shortly into the program. I have had personal trainers before and I have worked out independently, but this is the best program I have ever experienced. I can see myself doing this for a long time.

Awrsomr workouts with personal trainers Brylee & Tj @ DLUX. 20 minute sessions are perfect but intense with both strength training and cardio. Each session has been different as they are always introducing new machines etc. 45 minute ridiculous workouts are thing of the past & Dlux is totally the wave of the future workout wise. Highly recommend!!!
