For me the decision to get started in an exercise program to both lose weight and get fit, especially after the age of 60, required that I find one which provided guidance, motivation, expertise, be easy to adopt and produced results quickly.
This program is EASY - 2 sessions a week for 20 minutes a session. The coaches guide and encourage . They monitor your progress and plan your program.
I've been in the program for over a year and have lost a lot of weight, gained muscle and am now more physically active that I was years earlier. My results have persuade several members of my family and a few friends to join as well.
Few products or services today meet or exceed expectations as advertised. If you show up and put in some effort you will not be disappointed.

I was prepared to spend $250 for one month of training and they want me to place a one month deposit I refused and therefore they didnβt want my money. Business must be good to turn down 250 bucks. Iβll be sharing this experience with everyone that I come in contact with. We will not recommend.!

I started with THE EXERCISE COACH in November, 2020. I was very hesitant about joining because I always quit everything. I was upfront with Dave (Dyer owner) when I had my initial consultation. He assured me THE EXERCISE COACH would be different. I signed up for one month with the mindset that I would βtry itβ.
Here I am, January 2023 and Iβm still a member. I have to admit that I have not been the most ideal member because I often miss, reschedule, or cancel. My 2023 goal is NOT to miss unless I am on vacation or so Iβll I cannot possibly workout.
I am T2D, have balance issues, and suffer from essential tremors in my hands. I can honestly say my balance has improved a great deal and my A1C was recently so impressive (5.3) that I. Was taken off my metformin. I still have an injection once per week of insulin. My Dr will reevaluate me in 6 months and Iβm praying Iβll be off that as well.
My starting weight at THE EXERCISE COACH in November, 2020 was approximately 236. At weigh in this past Saturday I was 200 (I was 197 before Christmas- darn holidays). I signed up for the new challenge and plan to win. I did win one of he other challenges.
This is the best money I have ever spent on myself. The trainers are professional, kind, patient and understanding. The encouragement I have been given gives me the confidence that I need to continue with this program. I plan to put 100% effort into me during 2023. I have no doubt that I will reach my goal of 140-150 by the end of 2023.
Dave, Jill, Justin, Lindsey, and Mike are the absolute best. Thank you for the patience and guidance since I started. Please continue to push me to the fullest.

I love this place. My experience at Exercise Coach has been wonderful. Group sessions are very small and they even offer personal sessions therefore, the studio is never full of people. Social distancing is important to the staff as they have established a system where no one has to train in close proximity of anyone else. I am reaching my fitness goals & even won 1st place in a body transformation challenge in just 21 days and 2nd place in another. (I couldnβt have achieved this without Dave and the other staff/trainers ). Iβve obtained Quick & easy results in just 20 minutes a session, twice a week. I also appreciate the masks the coaches wear to help keep the community safe. I noticed that the staff constantly disinfects all the equipment after each use which is very important to me at this time. Exercise Coach is my training facility of choice. The technology really works!

Husband and I started in November. Iβve never been an exercise enthusiast but this is totally doable and you can feel results quickly. We both feel so much stronger and see the definition in certain parts of the body. Studio is very clean and well maintained. Dave and his support coaches are all great and genuinely care about people too. Would recommend to everyone!
