The Exercise Coach offers a complete fitness solution in just Two, 20-minute workouts per week! Guided by expert coaches in a private, professional environment, clients experience remarkable improvements in muscle quality, strength, weight loss, bone density, stamina, energy and much more.
Our approach uses specialized, bio-sensitive equipment that allow us to personalize a workout plan appropriate for any age or fitness level. Our ability to provide real-time, visual feedback/data allows our clients to validate their efforts immediately, and understand their progress.
We are a perfect fit for people that:
1) Don't have time for conventional exercise regimens
2) Don't like the gym scene
3) Hate exercise
4) Are afraid of getting hurt.

Well, what can I say about this amazing program!! After 3 weeks I noticed how easy it was to pick up my 15 month old grandchild. Before The Exercise Coach, I had to think about every move I made when picking him up, but now, I pick him up without thought and without pain! The other day, when purchasing 4 bags of 40 lb wood pellets, I was able to load them on the cart and in the back of my van without strain on my back. My back stood strong and solid! It’s the little things that are coming back in my daily life that I appreciate so much from The Exercise Coach program!

This is the ultimate exercise routine! It has been a long time since I’ve been to a gym, but the staff has been awesome in coaching me back into a routine. The facility and the staff are wonderful.The changes to my body and the energy I’m feeling is beyond what I expected. It’s only been 6 weeks but I’m glad I came. It’s also very time friendly in that only 2 sessions a week of 20-25 minutes each has made a big difference. Looking forward to a long journey together!

Signing up with the exercise coach in Zionsville is BY FAR, without a doubt, the very best money I've ever spent on MYSELF. I greatly look forward to each of my sessions because when I leave there, I physically and mentally and emotionally feel COMPLETELY FANTASTIC! Also I've definitely seen a correlation between the workouts and a drop in my blood glucose levels, which is critical as a type 2 diabetic. My goal is to gradually shed the weight and to regain strength and vitality that I once had... Maybe not all of it because I am 59, however; I will take any gain as a WIN!

20 minutes, just twice a week, I look forward to it each and every time now! I had become very sedentary and had lost my motivation to exercise. I came across The Exercise Coach by chance. I requested two free sessions in a moment of frustration with myself, not expecting much from shorter workouts, but I haven't looked back and I am making steady progress. It's the most worthwhile 20 minutes I spend in the day where it's on my schedule. I'm in and out efficiently, feeling great and with plenty of energy to do something with the rest of my day. One-to-one coaching takes all the guesswork and awkwardness out of working out. Your coach sets up each piece of machinery and guides you through each movement as you complete it. I can't speak highly enough of the coaches, they are qualified and enthusiastic individuals, and considerate of each client's differences and needs within the similar program we all follow. The environment is respectful, there's a warm and genuine welcome each time, the location is spotlessly clean and optimally laid out, and it's not at all intimidating like I have found some other gyms and programs to be. I sometimes feel as though it's the best kept secret of the gym world because it feels so much more discreet than other gyms and studios I have used in the past. That has really appealed to me as I have built back my confidence. I'm very impressed and very glad I found The Exercise Coach.

I am 65 years old and felt I needed to do some sort of strength training. This is a great answer. I’m still working so have limited time, but 20 minutes twice a week is easy to fit in my schedule. I feel I’m not only gaining strength but also am recapturing some of my coordination. I’ve lost 5 pounds in the 8 months I’ve been doing the program so that is an added bonus. The coaches are very knowledgeable and great to work with. I started with a monthly plan and have now gone to an annual plan. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach!

I love everything about the Exercise Coach! I always get a great workout! The trainers are very knowledgeable and create workouts that are effective, comprehensive, and fun. The trainers are also genuinely really nice people and create a positive and upbeat vibe in the studio. It is such a pleasant experience that the time flies by! I have become much stronger since beginning the Exercise Coach 8 months ago. I can hardly believe that so much can be accomplished in 20 minutes, twice a week!
