Trainer Troy Fitness and Training is a private fitness gym where independent trainers train their clients. Training sessions are 1-on-1, or small group (2-4). There are also group bootcamp classes led by Troy at select times. The gym has a 77' grass turf, push sleds, free weights and machines, kettlebells, TRX suspension and RIP trainers, undulation ropes, a brick wall for Dynamax ball throws, excellent surround sound music, Concept 2 rowers, Airdyne bikes, Ropeflex infinity ropes, and much more. It is also home to the one and only Layman Bench invented by Trainer Troy for triceps and biceps training. Clients range from young athletes training for sports to middle-aged men and women of all levels.
