We love Petar at Triforce. My partner and I are 70 and we were looking for something we could do together to stay active. We decided on fencing and on Triforce. While it's nearly an hour from our house, we haven't regretted it for a second.
He's very knowledgeable on different kinds of sword play. But more importantly, he's very careful of our health and safety. He keeps us active but never beyond our capabilities, and always has plenty of water.
He always ends the lesson with a bit of sparing. It allows us to apply the training, and is quite fun.
Lastly, while he can train on Olympic style fencing, we prefer the original style... where if you both get hit almost simultaneously, you would both die. We learn to hit and get out untouched.
I highly recommend Triforce.

My 12 year old has been with Petar for 2 months now. We came in wanting her to start gearing up for softball, and Petar has been nothing short of amazing. He's taught my picky preteen how to take care of her body, her mind, and keeps her healthy in her game settings.

Amazing experience. Gives personalized training sessions and education on exercises and diet. I'm ex military and overweight with multiple chronic issues and he is helping me through all of them. I have been with him about 6 weeks and when I started I was walking around pain 7-9/10 everyday. Now my knees are like a 1-3/10 if they hurt at all and my back is like a 2-4/10 on my bad days. I did my research on places to go before reaching out to Petar, and based on the previous reviews I read, they are all true and he does not disappoint!
I had pretty severe pain throughout my upper back & neck due to years of bad posture, but after the first month with Petar, the pain was gone. The most knowledgeable trainer I have met! I have a background in exercise science so have a basic understanding and watching him work with my daughter to correct a knee issue was fascinating. She was having terrible pain and her knees were physically turning in. After working with Petar all pain was gone and her stance was corrected. The past several years I've been plagued with severe neck pain, headaches, and diminishing range of motion.With my insurance coverage I've had appointments with an orthopedic surgeon and pain management specialists and have gone the route of MRIs, PT, pain meds, muscle relaxants, and injections. I've also paid out-of-pocket for chiropractic and naturopathic treatments. My symptoms rarely improved and over time, simply worsened. I was very discouraged.
Then... I visited a ninety year old friend in a rehab facility who recently broke his hip. He was making tremendous progress and was planning to return home soon. He mentioned that for some time prior to his accident, he and his wife had been working with Petar, a wonderful personal trainer, and I could see that those proactive efforts were helping him meet his latest challenge. He also said that he had sent several people to Petar for help, and in return Petar had given him a discount on his training charges. Hmm, I decided to help my friend - AND myself.
I phoned Petar and talked with him for at least fifteen minutes. He set up a free one hour consultation to assess my situation, to determine if he could help, and to suggest a plan to go forward. I was so encouraged when we met. He's caring, knowledgeable, organized, energetic, and encouraging. He's also goal-oriented, not problem focused, and he promotes a CAN DO mentality. In addition, he has a real heart for people, especially seniors, and he treats each person as a unique and valuable individual rather than just another appointment.
After just six weeks of training, I've experienced decreased pain, increased range of motion, flexibility and strength. I have exercises I can work on throughout my day, and am looking forward to my 70th birthday with renewed hope, passion, and purpose. Thanks, Petar!!!

Petar is an exceptional person, dedicated not only to himself but also to his family and clients of all ages. I began training with him after a serious car accident, and his medical background in radiology from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine was instrumental in my recovery. He has an extensive understanding of X-ray imaging, which allowed him to see my hardware, fractures, and surgical incisions. He has also completed post-graduate coursework in anatomy and physiology, giving him a deep understanding of muscle function and the connections between muscles and other body systems. I found his education on the subject to be incredibly helpful as he would often draw and explain which muscles required assistance and why they needed to be stretched, toned, or softened.

Petar's focus is on strengthening the muscles to support and protect the joints, and he would evaluate my physical condition before each session, asking about any discomfort or pain I was experiencing, whether I had slept well or needed water. Occasionally, he would check my skin to ensure that I was hydrated. If I ever experienced discomfort or pain while training, he would immediately stop and make adjustments as he understands that the "no pain, no gain" philosophy is not beneficial to our goals.

Petar's dedication to his clients and his genuine nature makes him a great addition to my healing process both physically and mentally. He is a gem of a coach, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

When I walked into the gym for the first time I was in a lot of pain due to trigger points in my muscles. Being an avid Yogi I tend to be over flexible and therefore causing trigger points/pain. I wasn’t getting enough strength training in my routine.

I tried orange theory which was ok but it was more cardio than weights and not what I wanted.

I also tried Fit Body Bootcamp and it was ok as well but I was looking for a more tailored approach for my fitness needs.

Petar is great! Easy to work with and creative in his approach. Within 5 weeks I was out of pain!

The functional training vs HITT style of strength training has been exactly what I needed to build muscle and strength that will help me grow old without as many injuries.

The benefits of my sessions with Petar far outweighs the price of sessions. Worth every penny!

Honestly i really dont know that many people that would carefully and patiently work together with me, through training, diet, plan and advices helping me overcome my physical injuries and improve my strenght and condition for my personal goals... i am very stubborn and unfortunately before i was doing many workouts that just made my condition even worse... but since i started working out with Petar my progression slowly but firmly got where i want it to be. What attracted me the most and what gave me trust to start training is his medical knowledge. He is not person that will just give you random generic programs he will "exam" you and make program which suits the best for you.. we are all different.. what works for me will not work for many people and good...great trainer understands that.

Petar is an amazing training that is incredibly well versed in all aspects of fitness. He works with you to understand your goals, lifestyle, experience, and timeline to help maximize your time with him but with all your exercises outside of his gym.

He helped me adjust my training and nutrition to help me prepare for my first Half-Ironman. From warm-ups and stretches to macro breakdowns and from strength sessions to endurance cardio sessions he helped me lay the groundwork I needed to successfully compete in my first Ironman-class race.

He understands that much of the work happens outside the gym and provides teaching moments during your session that help you understand the reasoning behind his methods which sets him apart from other trainers. At this point, my entire family goes to him for training and he's helped us through life events such as recovering from an automobile accident, starting a bodybuilding career, training for the Mt. Kilimanjaro ascent, and much more.
