Versa Fit is owned and operated by Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach Seth J. Besse and is run out of Fitness Evolution gym in Saint John Indiana.
My goal is to help individuals of all fitness levels reach their personal health and wellness goals.

Seth is an awesome trainer. He knows how to train each person specifically for his/her needs. He helps motivate you on and off of your training time. I hadn’t worked out in a long time, and bc of the fun, unique workout each week, I have stayed motivated and am on the road to really feeling strong and healthy!

Tuesday/Thursday group classes at versa fit with Seth as the trainer have high energy and motivation to get a solid workout in!
He was very professional, pushed us hard but also offered modifications for certain exercises!

I brought my girls to start training to help with sports and to build muscle the right way. Seth is FANTASTIC, and can break things down so that they're able to lift correctly and avoid injuries. And he makes it fun, they look forward to their sessions

Seth is by far the most talented, versatile, knowledgeable and motivating trainers I have ever worked with.
He encourages throughout, is kind but pushes me to my limits.
He lives and loves the life he preaches and it shows.
He has an intuitiveness that transcends the norm of your typical trainer as he can pin point exactly, I mean exactly, where your form may be off, when you need to use less or more weight, what level he can push you to and does it with grace, laughter and grit.
I actually look forward to getting to the gym now and trust that I will transform because of his unending desire to see me achieve the best I can be.
