Vibe House Pilates is a woman-owned boutique fitness studio built on motivation and perspiration. Our rhythm-driven classes are designed around curated playlists for maximum sweat-dripping, fat-burning, muscle-toning fun. We thrive on empowering women through fitness, bumpin-playlists, and good vibes! Our classes are a combination of heated and non heated mat- based Pilates, Barre, and Yoga inspired workouts in a high energy, low-impact setting. Classes in our studio offer a break from redundant movements and instead offer creative sequencing to sculpt, tone, & strengthen long, lean muscle. We believe that when you move your body, you should feel it in your soul, that’s why we are a VIBE called Sweat!

First time class with Mia as an instructor. She was so sweet, attentive, showed us around, and brought high energy to a hard workout (hard in a good way). As a beginner, it can be intimidating, but all of the staff was so nice, sweet, and willing to answer any questions which made me feel less nervous. I will be back and I recommend anyone to take a class with her!

I’ve taken multiple classes with Briah as the instructor and have loved each class. Admittedly I thought these classes would be too easy for me to get a valid workout, but I was mistaken. Solid work outs, heavy sweat session, and great instructor. Overall nice experience.

Briah has always been my go to when it came to anything yoga and now my girl is offering pilates so I don't have to go to anyone else when I want a pilates class. She has the perfect energy for these group classes and keeps your energy and motivation up while challenging and strengthening your body abs encouraging you to push yourself hard but always reminding us to take breaks when we feel necessary which as a beginner was very comforting to hear. ❤️ will always chose Briah over any other instructors! Shes the best

Today was my first visit to Sweat 219, and from the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the amazing experience. Sam and Mia greeted me with infectious energy and were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Sam ensured that I had all the necessary equipment for my workout and guided me to the right places. Mia, on the other hand, was an exceptional instructor. She provided unwavering support and motivation throughout the class, which I knew I desperately needed. I recently attended my first hot pilates class at Sweat 219 in Crown Point, and I’m so glad I gave it a try! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly staff who made me feel at ease. They showed me exactly where to place my belongings and helped find a good spot to set up my yoga mat. The instructor, Tabitha, checked in with me throughout the session, which made a big difference. Her encouragement helped me stay motivated, even when things got challenging in the heat. The studio had great energy, and the overall vibe was both motivating and supportive. This place has changed my life. I could write so much but I’ll try and keep it short. Working out at the gym was never for me. I was always nervous, I didn’t know how to use the machines, and I always just gave up. A friend introduced me to sweat, and I’ve been obsessed since. I have noticed so much change, including the 🍑 haha but also my balance, flexibility, and strength! I would go to a class everyday if I could! The environment is warm, welcoming and non -judgmental! I loved my Hot Pilates class at Sweat 219! Carrie, the instructor, was incredibly motivating, leading a fun 45-minute sculpting session in a heated room. Her energy and clear instructions made it great for everyone. The music kept me pumped, and the heat cranked up the intensity—I was soaked but energized (bring a towel!). Jaidyn at the front desk was so friendly, making check-in a breeze and the studio feel welcoming. The heat can be intense at first, so hydrate well. I left feeling strong and can’t wait to return!

I went to like five different sessions before it started to get cold outside. As you can tell, I really enjoy the instructors and general ambiance here.
I know most people are okay with doing Hot Pilates in the winter but in general, my health is a bit compromised in comparison to my peers. For this reason, I avoid strenuous workout classes in the winter and stick to at home low impact activities like yoga and meditation.
Unfortunately, my 5-class pack expired and I’ve got to buy more!
EDIT: I received a personal call from Fran and she was so understanding! I truly feel like they care at Sweat. I already really enjoyed my classes, but this made me feel a part of a community. I most appreciate the time and effort they put in to make me feel like a valued customer.

When people tell you that going to Sweat 219 is "a vibe," they're not wrong. It's like going to the club but instead of dancing we're doing hot pilates. It's very women friendly, and there's a variety of workouts. They do book up really fast, and so I wish there were more classes, but you just have to plan your workouts ahead of time to make the most of the membership.

I had a membership here for a while and went frequently. Everyone that works here is super friendly and welcoming. The heated classes were great for months. I’m not sure what changed maybe the added steam but it really started to get way to hot to the point the heat was exhausting me well before my workout could and that’s when I stopped enjoying it. Overall a great atmosphere just wish classes didn’t start to get excessively hot and humid.

Right off the bat all of the women here were very welcoming and nice! I’m a regular gym-goer, mostly dumbbell workouts for full body but let me say, Pilates women are a different breed! This totally kicked my butt in a good way. I have Never sweat as much as i did At my Pilates class here in my life! It was fun and challenging. The next day i feel Sore in places that i regularly don’t after the gym. This workout hit muscles i havent Targeted before. I cant Wait til the Valpo location opens!

I have heard great things about this studio and had to try it out. Lucky for me, I live all the way in little 'ol Michigan City, IN but had a Sam's Club errand trip to run today. I thought that I could do a quick mat pilates before my grocery pick up. Boy oh boy, I'm so glad that I did. I'm making this a monthly thing - hot pilates and then groceries! I have been using the reformer and practicing pilates for over a year now. This class kicked my butt. I could feel all the muscles that you'd feel on a reformer with the equipment that was provided at the studio. I really wish that there were more studios around NW Indiana, so that I could attend classes more often. I loved the community and way that I was presented into the studio as a first-timer. The front desk was very helpful and overall it felt super women-positive and inclusive. I loved it. I hope to get emails about local events. I'm a fan!

I absolutely LOVE coming to Sweat 219! The vibes and welcoming energy is the best part. I was nervous to attend at first since I had never done pilates… and let’s just I’m 30 classes in right now and each class is still super humbling! I will be honest I was little shy of going to sweat219 because I’ve always been the one to workout by myself and at my own pace. But when I tried sweat for the first time I fell in LOVE and wanted more! It’s been about over 4 years since I’ve continuously been to the gym and I’m so happy I found something that keeps me motivated to go and holds me accountable! Ever since I started going to sweat it’s made me feel more better about myself and how I feel! Every week I always look forward to the next class and what these girls will bring us! Sweat 219 offers one on one classes- if you’re looking to get the most out of your workout, this is for you. I booked a class with Christina and was amazing. She asked me what I wanted to focus on and created a workout just for me. If you've taken one of her classes you know she's always there to correct and encourage you to keep pushing yourself. In my one on one she helped me improve my form and explained what muscle each move was triggering. It was such a great experience!

I came here for the first time while visiting Crown Point and I was very impressed at how great the class was. All the staff and instructors were incredibly friendly. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a good place to jump into a yoga or Pilates practice.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with sweat since the moment I walked in. It is very apparent that all the instructors and staff have worked so hard to cultivate such a fun, welcoming, and uplifting community!💗 I love all the different classes offered, but I’ve especially been loving power yoga and recovery yoga with Brittany. Her flow and affirmations through the class leave me feeling calm and relaxed, but also strong and confident! I highly recommend booking a class with her🫶🏻

Wow wow wow! When I say I am in love with this place I mean it so far I have had Olivia’s Class & Brittanys class! I feel so energized and ecstatic to start my day since my friend Bear referred me and I started coming here! I've had such great experiences at the Sweat 219! The 5:15am class being my favorite! It just helps me set my vibe for the day! Christina is LEGIT! She definetly knows how to work out every muscle in your body! She challenges you, and encourages you! Her catch phrase during class being, " YES YOU CAN!"
I've taken her morning class a few times and according to my fitness tracker, I burn over 200 calories in her 45 minute class, which is more than I usually do in any of the other classes. I would definitely recommend her pilates class to anyone who wants to improve their strength, and endurance, and burn some serious calories at the same time.

I am so happy that Northwest Indiana finally has a Pilates, Barre and Yoga studio! All of the instructors are always positive and encouraging while also pushing you during your workout. I look forward to my workouts and I appreciate that most classes are 30-45 minutes as it is easy to make time to come to the studio. Studio is clean and has plenty of parking.
Also, if you really want a good peach, make sure to go to Tabitha’s classes! Her classes are some of my favorites ☺️

This is literally the best thing to happen to Northwest Indiana! From my first class, I’d never done anything that has made me feel so strong, positive, and sweaty! The girls that welcome you immediately make you feel at home..and the little boutique is amazing. Jays classes make me feel like I can do anything because she pushes you, makes you laugh, and just sets a great vibe. I absolutely loved my experience at Sweat.
I have a variety of fitness backgrounds in my wheelhouse & I was very excited to try Pilates as I had never done it before. It honestly was
very challenging for me to do, which I love because it pushed me out of a box and engaged parts of my body I normally do not use for strength training.
The coach was great too! She explained all the movements, had tons of energy and was very encouraging.
The studio is welcoming and so cute! Love the attention to detail and the retail area was perfect.
I am pumped to add this into my normal fitness routine and looking forward to see how this can push my results even further.

It was a lot of fun! Sweat 219 provided a great workout with amazing music, they had a live DJ. The Coaches seemed to know a lot and kept the big group engaged.
They also had some vendors that fit in with the vibe of the event.
