Great gym, decent staff depending on who you are talking to. Terrible cancellation. I tried to cancel in person and they didn’t let me. Instead I had to get a link to a seperate portal, upload a code, then proceed to make a full account with an email and password, then answer a questionnaire to even begin the cancelling process.

After finishing everything, my cancellation still did not work and read “error”. I had to call back the gym just to get them to cancel it on the backend on their side.

Beware of signing up as they make it extremely difficult to cancel.

My experience signing up:
I applied online for premium, called and left voicemail asking if I needed to do anything else. They called back next day and mentioned few things needed done in person. Showed up and the lady who let me in helped me out and gave me a very easy to understand tour. Bought a shirt as well.

My experience 1st workout:
I waited to make a review till I actually did my first workout. Which by the way, went amazing! I got lucky and went around 1am and had the place to myself so I wasn't as nervous trying out equipment. Restroom/locker/shower were clean, nice, and tidy. Private shower room with lock on door is a plus!

I'm a overweight mom of 3 and this is my 1st ever gym membership. I have a Success Session scheduled soon too. Will update again after that.

I definitely recommend! Especially for people who work night shift and need a safe place to excercise!

Gym is ok, staff is nice. Cancellation policy is the most horrendous I’ve ever seen. Been to multiple gyms in the Indianapolis area, commercial, small, and everything in between. This is the first gym that I’ve ever been to that won’t let you cancel in person.

This place is amazing. It's not a big gym but perfect for me! The equipment is positioned in a way for me to complete my circuit easily no matter what I'm working on. The bathrooms are always clean. The equipment is up to date and clean. And the owners of the of the gym are nice and friendly. I come here regularly and have no plans on leaving.

I've been a member at Workout Anytime since 2022, and it's the cleanest gym I've ever joined. The management team does a fantastic job keeping everything in tip top shape. The gym offers great value — plenty of equipment for all experience levels, standard amenities, and 24-hour access that fits perfectly with my busy schedule.

I love that I can work out on my time, not the gym’s. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which makes a big difference in the overall experience.

I love this gym not only for the east location, not a ton of people and everything you need but also the employees. There was a dude going into the women’s locker room framing it as an accident and following me, a young woman around the gym. The younger front desk employee wasted no time telling the patron he wasn’t allowed back and that this was not acceptable behavior. I feel so safe here! I love this location. However Management not customers need to enforce Gym etiquette. Confrontations will happen between patrons young people constantly holding up others because they are on their phones. I am an old school powerlifter I am there to get in and out. The younger crowd does not for the most part know how to work out properly and do not understand gym etiquette. A trainer should be helping at all manned hours. But I love this gym has the right equipment mix. I have worked out at many Gyms over the years and this one rated very high.

The facility is fine, nothing to write home about. But the ownership//management here is bad to say the least. Currently battling with collections because this gym never tried to charge my final dues when I cancelled, and they never emailed me to tell me except for a week in advance stating I owed an absurd number with no supporting documentation. Save yourself the mental strain and find another gym.

I've been at Workout Anytime for a few months now, and feel it is fair to finally review. The facilities are nice, clean, equipment selection is pretty good, but not up to the standard of larger gyms, the monthly fee is very affordable, the staff is friendly, and it's rarely over-crowded. The last point is from my perspective of going during the 11am - 1pm time frame. This is a 4-star gym, but...

Edit: Bumped up the review from 3 to 4 stars. The music being played went from religious music to "normal" contemporary music. I am happy at Workout Anytime and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable fitness facility close to home.

They took my money for a year membership. But when I gave my 30 day notice. They terminated my whole contract. My contract said 12 months but they said when I gave notice u are done. I had till March to go. I wouldn’t recommend them. They also kept my money for January. Didn’t give it back.

This is by far, the best workout facility in Noblesville! The owners take a lot of pride in the facility and all of the staff are really friendly. There is a good selection of cardio, exercise machines and free weights. After COVID hit, I wanted a workout facility that was super clean. Seriously- best gym I have had a membership to. Every time I am in Workout 24/7 there is a staff member present , acknowledges me and they are constantly working- cleaning cleaning cleaning and holding personal training sessions. So there is no doubt if I ever had a question or issue someone is there to help a member out. Did I mention this gym is super clean? I have witnessed each time I am in there- Staff are always vacuuming and wiping down machines. It is common courtesy as a member to wipe down machines after use but some people don't know that or simply forget, so working out here gives me a peace of mind about those "gym germs" It also helps when people don't wear their workout shoes outside and track dirt and mud into the gym and onto the machines. But the staff are ready for that and sweeping up.The manager here rocks- super friendly and always smiling. I can't imagine going anywhere else to workout. Thank you!

The "free" subscription had such restrictive hours that I was never able to participate (don't be fooled be the 24/7 accessibility). The gym appeared clean and orderly, crowded with little space for the crossfit class taking place in the corner (where everybody could see, inside and out.) I tried to talk about about my night shift hours and need for better accessibility to the very young salesman but he was absolutely no help. Lots of added fees, for extra household member, for moving before the 12 month subscription would have ran out, etc. did not leave a favorable impression of this otherwise perfect hours and location gym. Thanks for your time but no thanks on the freebies.
