We’ve been to several Wright's 360 events—Funtimes, Kid’s Night Out, you name it—but nothing topped our experience celebrating our twins’ birthday there! From start to finish, it was truly magical - down to the thrones they each sat in at cake time!

The staff made everything effortless and the facility was clean and safe. As soon as we arrived, someone helped unload our car, and at the end, they were right there again helping us pack up. Every step of the party was thoughtfully organized, and the team handled everything with such care.

Our girls and their friends had a blast, and we actually got to enjoy the celebration instead of stressing over the details. They were even great at including little brother in the organized fun! If you’re looking for a place where your kids can feel celebrated and you can feel supported—Wright's 360 is it!

My daughter has done gymnastics here for about 5 years and just completed her 3rd season in team. We love how much of a blessing Wright's is to our daughter. She loves her team and Coach Vicky is absolutely wonderful! This is not a great place to send a child under 5 years old. They are unsafe and put as many toddlers in a small area as possible and let them just run around. They do not teach any actual skills. It’s just playtime and a free for all. Over 5 might be better, but really bad vibes for the couple of months we went there. My kid now says she “hates gymnastics” after being there.

My 5 yo son just started attending the Ninjazone class on Sundays at 10:10. He has always been shy and slow to warm up to new things, situations and people. I signed him up to try to help build some confidence. The very first week he was upset and apprehensive about trying it but one of the coaches, Asher, was able to put him at ease and get him to engage. That was huge for him. It took him the whole soccer season before he was finally comfortable enough to play in the last game. The next week he went right to the class, no problem. His 3rd week he was cranky and tired and didn't participate at all, and Asher wasn't there. This week, again he was cranky and not wanting to participate. Once again though Asher was here and came to the rescue. Asher is a Godsend for our shy little guy. He is absolutely amazing with the kids and just has that special energy to connect with littles and make them feel at ease.

Super unprofessional staff. Sent my daughter with her own utensils for a party cause she had just gotten severely hurt and could only eat a certain way. The party staff threw them away and the manager was supposed to contact me but never did. I'm livid at the fact that someone would throw away actual silverware without asking someone from the party about it. Very careless mistake, but even more upset that the manager couldn't follow up after I was promised she would.

Unfortunately the birthday packages are very misleading. Wright’s clearly has one agenda and that’s to pack in as many birthday parties as possible all at once. The package only allows 30 minutes in a party room for food, cake, and presents which is impossible to accomplish. There are 4 parties scheduled for the same time block and your rotated like an arm drill (only 2 rooms). Nowhere on the website or emails does it explain this major issue. I’ve heard from the staff at the front desk that numerous recent parties have been very upset with the schedule. Apparently this was a recent change to double their throughput and revenue on parties.

Edit: The owner called me after I was clearly upset about our experience here, and she was so nice. We are unable to continue here due to our limited availability but she tried everything she could to help us stay and be happy.

I’m very disappointed in our enrollment here. I’m surprised so many people continue to go. We signed up for gymnastics and ninja classes a little over a week ago. Night one of gymnastics (kindergarten-2nd graders) and one of the coaches is constantly bickering and yelling at the kids, telling one to “don’t be a sissy girl!” My son in ninja even said after the class “wow, why was that one coach just insulting everyone the whole time??” Then this morning we went to our scheduled (and included in membership fees) Funtime at 8AM with no one to ever open it up. Someone else waiting said this happened last Saturday also. 10 other cars waiting for nothing. We tried to cancel our membership and I had to go back and forth several emails for them to accept the cancellation. Not worth the money at all.

Started my daughter here in the sweet pea class ages 4 to 5 and it's a blast. I have not seen her have this much fun, for the price you pay it's surely worth it. Our favorite place for Ninja zone. My son absolutely loves this place. We even do the funtime every week and he never wants to miss any class.
Last week we celebrated my son's 6th birthday here.
My boy had a wonderful time on his birthday. He and his friends (all aged between 5 and 7) had a blast. There were 26 kids and Coach Lily took great care of the them. She first had them all in the play area and then later helped with birthday celebration as well as assited with serving the kids cakes and food. She took charge right from the time we started and made sure that the party was a memorable one for the kids. My son's say this has been the best day of his life.

Wrights 360 Academy have amazing coaches. The kids love them and more importantly listen to them.

I am glad that we celebrated my son's birthday at Wright 360 Academy.

We had the most wonderful birthday party experience here. From the moment I walked in the staff helped me carry in the cake, set up the tables and walked me through what to expect. We celebrated our kiddos 5th birthday at Wright’s 360 with friends ages 3-5. The kids all had a blast! The party room was clean and ready when we arrived and the staff helped with almost everything! As the party host, I barely did a thing besides bringing a cake, drinks, plates, forks & napkins, balloons, and goodie bags. The staff makes it SO fun for the kiddos and SO easy for the parents! Thankful for Wright’s gymnastics. My little guy is a toddler, that sees, hears, and feels the world a little bit differently than everyone else. I would imagine your typical toddler Ninja class is the equivalent of herding a bunch of cats- one goes rogue, they all go rogue….and they’re just now learning about listening and following directions and trying to remember what’s next. And then there’s my little one who’s the same size and looks just like all the other ones, except developmentally he’s not quite there yet, he needs someone to hold his hand and walk him thru each station and if another friend gets too close or too loud, he needs a minute to regroup. And there’s a coach that understands this, a coach that understands it might take him a minute to get out of the foam blocks or he might need an extra hand or he might need to stack a couple of blocks and knock them over before he moves to the next station. Coach Donovan is that coach for us. He encourages, helps, directs in the way my little guy needs, all while providing the same care and direction to the other little ones that may not need the extra help. I’m sure it’s frustrating, I’m sure it’s hard, and I’m sure it’s under appreciated at times, but you wouldn’t know it. Everything is handled with grace and loads of patience, never a negative attitude, always a positive happy smile. I’m really thankful to Coach Donovan and all of the staff that works so hard for our littles and provides a fun, safe place for them to grow, learn, and develop.

Definitely not a positive experience. We have been with the company for about 4 years (minus a year for Covid). My son can’t advance and when my son has asked to do more challenging things he has been told no. We have asked and emailed multiple times and still nothing. Great for beginners but not much for advancing the skill set. I asked to take a break month along with more of a challenge, the email back was a drop date. So I guess we have been dropped from the gym and the coach my son admires has written him off. My daughter did gymnastics there and quit after being yelled at by a coach. I still had to pay for the next month. I have asked to speak to higher ups but never am given contact info.

Not what I excepted…. Signed up kids for paid trial class…but we left before the class ended… I apologized to my kids for this experience. Too crowded, too stinky, no hand sanitizers. Definitely we love coach Hailey at Wright's Westfield. She is so enthusiastic, kind and patient with the girls. Her class is never improvised; on the contrary, it's very structured, well organized and she keeps the girls focus on the exercises.

We love this place! We actually tried couple different places that were closer to us, but came back here. I could not recommend enough my daughters coach Stephanie. We’ve seen so many new skills, strength and flexibility since she started about five months ago. Coach Stephanie is amazing with kids, my daughter is pretty set in her ways (terrible two’s (almost three)), but coach Stephanie knows how to get her to follow very well. I love how she remembers kids favorite colors/animals and applies it in her stations to get them excited! We love her!!
I also really recommend coach Spencer and Cam for boys ninja class!! They really helped my son to build up his confidence! Also he built so much strength - just in the past five months he learned how to do monkey bars, climb the knotted rope, working wall and do front flips!! He loves his coaches and thinks of them as super ninjas!! Big thanks to amazing staff at Westfield location!

What a great place for your kiddos to learn and grow! So much to offer from Day Camps and Ninja to Gymnastics classes, clinics and team. It has been a second home for my littles.

All of the staff is great, but Coach Steph! from the Westfield Gym has been really amazing to work with. She has really risen up during this crazy time to lead the charge! She has been so helpful from a customer service perspective as well as an inspiring, caring coach. I love hearing that kids she used to coach years ago have now grown up to be coaches and have followed her to now work as coaches at the Westfield gym. #RaisingLeaders!

Stopped in several weeks ago because my son wants to try out Ninja class, not realizing you had to call. When I peaked into the room where they were having class, and the coaches all seemed so professional and kind.
I did notice however there were approximately 6 parents sitting in the bleachers and none of them were wearing masks, even though I noticed signs saying they were required walking in and in front of where all the parents were sitting.
As I started to walk out I noticed the apparel on the wall and stopped to look at it, as I stood there a woman was on her phone walking back and forth (maskless) I overheard her telling whoever she was talking too how she was over covid and whatever happens happens (totally respect that as anyone can think what they want). But then she said “we are at gymnastics right now, and I’m so thankful they don’t enforce the mask rule for the parents here.”
So that made my decision for me. I enjoy having my kids at in person school and the last thing I want to do is compromise that by bringing them
Into a situation where precautions are not followed.
My son is bummed but I told him we would definitely look back into it next year.
