I actually own Triumph Boxing and wasn't sure about adding a fitness class to our curriculum at first. Anita has absolutely changed my mind! She is an amazing and personable instructor, and her class has brought new people into our gym and given current members a fun and challenging new class to add to their training. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for a fun high energy workout I would highly recommend xtreme hip hop step with Nita. She is beginner friendly, takes time to go over call outs in a positive and fun environment. She makes everyone feel comfortable in her class. Her music choices are the bomb! You’ll definitely get a good 500 or more calorie burn.

In person or online Nita is a great instructor. She is patient. Her class is a good mix of uptempo, and slow grooves. You will burn a lot of calories while having fun. It’s well paced for all hip hop step fitness levels.
