A+ for Programming, A++ for Coaches!
I typically dislike trying out new gyms, but my experience at this gym was exceptional. Shelby, in particular, went above and beyond to create a welcoming and non-intimidating environment. The coaches ensure that workouts are done correctly and provide alternative ways if needed. I highly recommend this gym for both its programming and outstanding coaching staff!

1031 is an AMAZING facility with attentive coaches/staff and an encouraging community. The membership isn’t just providing you a place to workout, it’s giving you a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Coaches are willing to program a workout based around your needs, which is incredibly beneficial. Along with having an in house massage and physical therapist- this place can’t be beat!

As far as gyms go, the equipment is very limited and lacking. Most of the few machines they have are difficult to adjust due to rust and age. The membership costs are ridiculously high for the equipment present.
