This gym is very nice . The owner put a lot of thought into the layout has everything you need. The process from sign up to my first gym session has been very pleasant. The gym is very clean. The owner goes above and beyond. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a great gym environment and customer service.

I absolutely love this gym! Justin, the owner, is always looking for a way to improve his facility. He has recently added a new multicable machine that has opened up the area, allowing more space. A very clean gym and great atmosphere. Definitely consider his training. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand his trainees. I have traveled all over the country and have been to 100+ locations, and this gym is the only gym with OMNI BELLS, my favorite!

βNo guests and smelled like poopβ was the original review. After leaving it, 10ish minutes after I got a call from the owner who thought it would be a good and not-threatening-at-all idea to violate my privacy by finding my phone number and call me asking why I left the review. While his explanation of the neighboring business giving off the poop smell and the βno guestβ sign was just being for people letting in other non-members who donβt intend on paying the guest pass fee is understandable if not a bit confusing. I would have definitely changed my review by a few stars if all of this was communicated to me through Google reviews reply system, but since the owner decided to call me instead I think Iβm leaving the review up as is.

I joined Anytime Fitness and chose this location bc of how close it was to my place of work. The owner of this location, Justin E., is incredibly approachable and quite knowledgeable and has a passion for being a business owner and helping others with their fitness goals.
The bathroom/locker rooms are always clean and well maintained and Justin is very attentive and can usually be seen cleaning every morning.
The other members are respectful and there is adequate space to do your workout. It is never really busy so if youβre looking for a quieter judgment free workout space or youβre nervous about being around a multitude of others, youβll appreciate the solace and privacy here at this location.
Like all the Anytime franchises this one is 24/7 access which is perfect for those who cannot make it to a group fitness class time or need flexibility around childcare & life.
Justin recently added a fantastic brand new sprawling equipment set that allows people to use multiple stations and even lets people use the same equipment for muscle groups simultaneously.
I highly encourage people to check out this location. Itβs a well kept secret and youβll be supporting local entrepreneurs by visiting and helping their franchise location thrive.

Great gym-- has everything you need to reach your fitness goals, and equipment is well-kept. Owner, Justin, recently added a giant cable machine that includes a rowing station and assisted pull-ups. Justin is also super friendly and willing to assist with questions. Other gym goers are very respectful of each other-- provides a comfortable atmosphere!

Absolutely love this gym and location! The brand new multi cable station is by far the best one I have ever seen and used in any gym! Youβre able to get a great workout in with enough equipment for any goals. Very clean, organized, arranged very well. Owner is very welcoming and friendly, and knows a lot about health and fitness. There was a loudspeaker blaring incredibly goofy 80's music over by the free weights. I'm not sure who's benefit that was for, as I was the only person in there. Other than that it was a nice little gym

I used Uber to get there for the first time to take a look around and ask about their plans and the man in charge βJustineβ simply asked me to come back later coz he is very busy with clients and no one else is there on a Monday morning , this was very frustrating ,
I joined planet fitness afterwards , much better welcoming to new comers

Been my gym for 2 years or so now and I have no plans on leaving. The owner Justin knows every single patron by name and is once of the nicest down to earth guys youβll ever meet. He helped me through a back injury I had and even extended my membership when I was off for a couple months. If you want a meathead gym where youβre just another face in the crowd, look elsewhere. This place is where some of the nicest people and the nicest owner go to have a great workout using great quiptment at a fantastic price.

I love this gym! Justin is an amazing personal trainer and an even better owner. He greets everyone with a smile and gets to know his members by a first name basis. He is always willing to give tips on improving your fitness routine and is very knowledgeable. The space and equipment are kept very clean. Lots of options for cardio and lifting. Highly recommend!

I joined AF Clive fall of 2019. My experience has been completely positive! From the efficient call back after my first inquiry to the warm welcome when I came to visit and now my daily workout experiences. It has Everything I was looking for. It's a fantastic location and a very clean efficient facility! But even more it is a step above any other gym I've joined. Justin, the owner is warm and welcoming each time I am there with a wave or a quick chat! I've started personal training sessions with him, which not only have given me great results but knowledge for my new lifestyle and accountability. I feel he is more of a friend to each of us and has a genuine spirit about him. It's a great gym!!

I started at this gym close to a year ago, its' clean, the equipment is well-kept and has everything to reach your fitness goals. The location is great too. Updates have been made regularly since I've joined. Justin the owner/manager is great to work with. I've done personal training sessions in that time and have had consistent results while surpassing my initial fitness goals.

I have been going to this gym off an on over the last several years. The improvements made with new ownership are night and day. Ignore the older bad reviews on this gym. I work out here 5 days a week and the manager is almost always there ready to assist. Very friendly atmosphere and unlike past owners, this gym is now always kept clean. New management is also constantly trying to figure out ways to improve the gym. Recent new cardio equipment has been added and new additions to the weight area as well. I would also recommend personal training from Justin. His attention to detail on your workouts is second to none. He is not one of those trainers sitting on his cell phone while you train. He is involved in every rep. Overall I highly recommend this anytime fitness.

I strongly recommend you go to another Anytime Fitness. I have been to a couple in the past and been pleased with their service. This was not the case with this gym. Staff is never there during staffed hours and they never return call or answer a phone. Been trying to cancel my gym membership or even move it and it has been a nightmare. Equipment is dated (okay), but it will get the job done. If you have a membership here, good luck!

It's really not up to par for an Anytime Fitness location. It's more like a hotel gym. Even with the limited space, with good management it could definitely be a 5/5 gym. Instead, it's old, faulty equipment, and a strange lack of weights and machines.

The experience that I have had at Anytime Fitness in Clive has been great. It has everything you would need to achieve your fitness goals. Itβs well kept, spaced out right, and has a staff that is very knowledgeable. Thereβs tons of gyms that have minor issues, mostly from members themselves not caring or being respectful, but as long as they serve the needs thatβs what matters and this one does!

I have been to sooo many different anytime fitness and have never had a bad experience until I came here. They have very minimal equipment and over half of the cardio machines keep asking for replacement batteries. The space is poorly utilized and it's such a shame that it is in such a convenient location, robbing fellow hard workers of their money. However it did get one star being that the facility provides a pleasant atmosphere.

The atmosphere fits everyone, there's been new items and equipment added, it is always cleaned and maintained, and now there's really great personal training. The new owner is readily available and knows a lot about fitness and health. I'm a new member of Anytime and I am really happy I joined. The facility is extremely clean and offers new equipment that is the right mix of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. The bonus is the staff - very knowledgeable and friendly. I've also had the opportunity to visit a few other locations and I'm very impressed with Anytime.

If I could put no stars at all I would!! Do not go there!! The reviews are true you cannot cancel your membership! Tried soooo many times by phone and email and no response!! Such terrible business ethics!! And they keep charging for your membership even after the year that you sign up for! How can you cancel if they never pick up their phones or email you back! Ridiculous!!
