Very clean gym. You can tell the staff take pride in their occupation. Equipment breaks and that's normal. But it's repairs are top priority. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If they don't have a direct answer to my question they will find out and get back with me. Very satisfied with the new manager.

Very kind staff, clean gym equipment and a very good use of the floor space for all the machines. Showers are great and everything is kept very well. I'm surprised how well they laid everything out with the amount of space they have!

The owner is beyond rude. They wouldnβt accept I had to stop my membership due to medical reasons and surgery. I am on hospice and been advised not to go to the gym.

What a great gym! Updated equipment and clean bathrooms (2). They use spray bottles and paper towels for members to clean off equipment as well. Right across the street from a truckstop.π

Bit of a nightmare to deal with and i would choose another gym. Used to be great, went downhill and started having some questionable practices. Started charging me the same rate but twice a month instead of monthly. I couldn't get ahold of anyone for forever. Instead of letting me just quit insisted I sign a waver and pay another month at a doubled rate. When I refused to sign the waiver told me I couldn't cancel and they would send future charges to collections.

Nice club. Well kept and clean. The mgt makes an effort to keep the equipment in proper order. Bathrooms are well equipped with soap and shampoo in the showers.

I make it a point to go here every day through the week. It's clean, friendly, wide-open, and a ton of variety. All of their equipment is in peak working condition too. With so many locations, my membership allows me to go into any of their facilities in multiple Iowa cities if I'm not at home.
