I have worked out at a lot of different gyms in this area and I can 100% say this is the best gym for me and here is why.
1. You aren’t waiting around for a bench and the equipment is in great condition.
2. If you have questions the owners respond quickly by email.
3. Great morning environment for someone that goes at 4-5am.

Truly the best gym I’ve ever been blessed to be a part of! Thomas and Frankie (the owners) are kind, welcoming, accommodating, and hold their business to a very high standard. This gym is a very positive, safe, and clean environment that is inclusive to everyone. It almost makes you feel that you are part of a family at Apex. These guys have brought a gem to the Southside and I wish them all of the best in continuing to provide this space for the community.

As a local trainer I’ve got to visit many gyms/fitness clubs in the metro and surrounding areas. Apex is by far my favorite. Free weights, cables, machine assisted… they have it all. Clean and positive environment with 24/7 member access and secured doors

A great clean gym. Has everything you need for a good workout. It's small enough to get to know people - if you would like to, and spacious enough to keep personal space! The owners (Thomas & Frankie) are incredibly attentive, keep the gym very clean & organized, and somehow manage to remember everyones name! They have done a great job making it a place that you want to be and creating a little community. I highly recommend it.

Truly feel like this is my gym family. The owners know you/greet you, and so many amenities (trainer, protein shakes and vitamins/supplements, and meal prep from 3rd party). Love the ease of making the rounds on the machines for my own routine. I feel the owners care about your goals, and are there to support you 100% to achieve them.

Owner does not answer cell phone or work phone. Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. If you go during business hours nobody is there to help you.
Have called at least 20 times since the past year (it’s my family’s closest gym) the owner has not answered once nor has he replied to voicemails. Would not recommend. Someone else please buy it!

Been going here for 12 years, one of the best maintained 24hr gyms with the best membership fee in the entire city. The owner cares about his clients and his facility. Not like the bigger aspens in the city. A gem of a gym. Highly recommended!!

I am from out of town and needed a place to work out for one night, I called and asked if that would be all right, they said it would be no problems and there would be no fees, I arrived and was informed that I was going to be charged for a membership, Which I would have been OK with if I had known ahead of time but like I said I called and was told it would be free

I ended up getting a free 6 month membership here and I’m glad I did! I will be continuing my membership once that expires, this gym is clean and the people are friendly. Great place to get your workout in and open 24 hours is a plus.

I love Jeremiah and John who runs Aspen on Fleur. They are both great guys, super professional, and are awesome personal trainers. This gym has a variety of machines and weights and nice bathrooms for changing. Highly recommend.
