Balance is a hot yoga studio. We have teaching yoga in the Cedar Valley for over a decade. The teachers at Balance are some of the best in the business and our new studio at 924 Viking is absolutely gorgeous. Check us out. We are located INSIDE of Fit Courts on Viking Road in Cedar Falls.

Just finished my second class. very welcoming staff and atmosphere. Mixes a very relaxed/peaceful atmosphere with some awesome YOGA.
I can tell my hips and shoulders are being tested, exactly what I need! very excited about this journey I have started. highly recommended!
