I have done Early Class, Hiit Class, and Saturday Strikers. All three are great classes, great workouts, and great instructors. They can help every level, teach you correct form, and everyone fits in to make the workout their own! Highly recommend Bar Raising to help you with any fitness needs! My children have also done some of the camps and classes and thoroughly enjoyed them and learned a lot!

Our girls loved their experience at BRF and have continued make great progress with their skills. The instructors are great and do an amazing job of personalizing the experiences to meet the kids where their skill level is at, while challenging them at the same time.

I have always been impressed with the quality programs Bar Raising Fitness has to offer. Personally, I have been participating in the Early HIITers class with Emily and Lynn for over a year now. During that time I have been both physically and mentally challenged and have achieved goals in both areas that I never would have been able to accomplish without them pushing me. There is also a major focus on form throughout every program Bar Raising has to offer, which offers me comfort knowing I'm executing each move safely, minimizing chance for injury.

I really enjoy the Early Riser classes! Everyday there is new challenges and workouts so you donβt easily get bored. I've gotten stronger. Brandon and Reid are always pushing us to do our best. I recommend checking out this facility if you want to break a sweat and get stronger.

The professionalism that these trainers have is absolutely awesome! They are knowledgeable on every aspect of how and why they train you the way they do! I started out with the early bird class and then went to one on one training with Andrew. They are easy to work with as far as scheduling and are always looking on how to improve!! If itβs with a class or a trainer you will become stronger!! Which is everyoneβs goal!! Highly recommend Bar Raising Fitness!!

I love the noon crew workout! Our trainer Reid is the best we have a blast! Reid is always pushing us to do our best and give it our all. He rotates the workouts so no class is ever the same. I highly recommend the place!

I really love that Bar Raising Fitness offers Personal Training at its best with trainers that listen, customize and adjust your individualized program to achieve and exceed your fitness goals, and help guide your nutrition to meet what your body needs to get stronger. It is not your typical cookie cutter, one size fits all program/facility. It is one of the best and most rewarding fitness and health facilities I have ever been part of!

Bar Raising Fitness is a great place to train. The location is clean and organized. Everyone from the owner Brandon to the trainers Tyler and Andrew that I have worked with have have been amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly and want what is best for the customers. They aren't pushy about selling things and do their best to work around your schedule and understand when things happen and you can't make your session. I have recommended Bar Raising Fitness to friends and family and recommend it to anyone wanting to have a great workout experience.
