Been a part of Crossfit Restoration for 3-1/2 years. As I turned 40, I was looking for a place that would challenge me, Inspire me and keep me social. This is definitely the place! Everyone is so welcoming and many inspiring people to keep pushing me to do my best. I highly recommend for anyone at any workout level to come join this amazing community.

I come to DBQ monthly for business and just hate to leave my gym back home. Last year I stayed overnight close to Crossfit Restoration. I decided to drop in.....now I purposely stay overnight right next door so I can walk to the gym! I always feel very welcomed and they are kind enough to get the workout to me when I ask. The coaches always introduce me to the class and treat me like a member. I appreciate the warm family feeling that makes me feel like I am back home. I’ll keep coming back! 5 stars for sure!
