Best decision I ever made, and the first workout plan/gym I've actually stuck with. It's an introvert's dream with virtual class options (but great for extroverts as well!). I can go any hour of the day for a class, and choosing off-hours makes it nice and private. However, there are coach-led, more popular classes if you prefer a more traditional gym model!
The classes are dynamic, with choices of cardio, strength, or agility. The classes themselves change every week, and I actually enjoy the workouts (shocking). I love the heart rate monitor which shows my stats on screens - seeing my calories burning and heart rate is a great motivator.
I can't say enough good things about the staff. The instructors are awesome and everyone is beyond nice. They also have fun challenges with prizes sometimes.

The workouts at ETF are second to none! I never leave ETF without dripping sweat, and I consistently burn well over 600 calories in every workout! I appreciate the variety of workouts, the energy and the people that go there. The workouts are individualized, but performed in a group environment so it forces you to put your best effort out and push yourself...which I need when doing cardio. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been a member @ ETF for a year and a half and I absolutely love it!! Great mix of cardio, strength & agility. Every class is different so it’s it’s not the same mundane routine every day. The instructors & coaches are top notch & the music gets me going every morning. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

ETF has changed my workout routine and mindset about fitness! The workouts are for all fitness levels, you are definitely getting the most out of your time. The community is by far my favorite!! All the members are amazing and make the workouts even more fun! HR monitors and personalized training makes it so easy to track progress and stay motivated. I can’t recommend ETF fitness enough….

ETF is such a fabulous place to workout! The studio is a great environment and the coaches are very supportive. I’m not a fan of working out but I’ve been a member for two years! The workouts are well rounded and ETF supports overall health and mobility vs just losing weight. Would recommend to everyone!

I have been a member of ETF for a year and a half now. To this day every workout is a challenge. The coaches and staff are exceptional. Great workout music and atmosphere. Always clean! I would highly recommend, they do give out a few week trial.
First review from over a year ago: I really enjoy the workouts at Eat The Frog, they have Strength, Cardio and Agility classes that change weekly, never get a boring workout. I also like that I have the option of coach led classes or virtual. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

It doesn’t matter your fitness level or your age at ETF. All are welcome and there are options for everyone from the new to exercise to the experienced gym goer! I love the variety in the classes and most of all the periodization from week to week. Always progressing to be a little bit better than the day before!

ETF is a great place to work on your overall fitness. ETF offers functional training that is a complete fitness program offering strength, agility and cardio each week. I love the training periods and the focus on target heart rates during each class. I can push myself accordingly and there are always options to challenge myself! I love having the option to attend a coach led class as well as 24/7 access to the gym when it’s convenient for me.

I’m out of shape and many people here are really fit! I’ve never felt like I don’t belong - the workouts are always different and it holds me accountable to a full workout. I like the space, the music and that there are no mirrors… I got out of my routine and got texts of encouragement that brought me back. No matter your fitness level or size - you should try a workout.

I need the structure of this program to know what to do and how long and also the model of what each step looks like. Even when there isn’t a coach season there is still a model of each step shown. I also like earning the points each time I work out. The facility is exceptionally clean and lockers and locks provided while you work out. The heart monitor while working out is a whole new experience for me as well. And no excuses….it’s open 24/7.

Joining ETF has made working out fun again! Friendly and knowledgeable coaches offer modifications to exercises when needed to accommodate all fitness levels. Classes are as challenging as you want to make them. Great eclectic music mixes to make those 55 minute workouts fly by.

It is probably the best workout I have done in a long time! The fact that each segment is different in length really help avoid the plateau. The coaches and staff are all amazing human beings. Owners are down the earth and promote a family like atmosphere. I tell everyone I see to try it out as it will definitely change your body! So glad to be a part of Eat the Frog and cannot wait to see what challenges come up!

I really don't like working out, like at all. But ETF is so different than anything I've ever tried before. I love the studio, the music, the coaches and shockingly- the workouts. There's so much variety to what we do that it never gets boring. I love attending the coached session at 5am and having Mary or Dana motivate me to keep going. I've been recommending this new facility to all my friends!
