Our certified instructors are trained to keep you safe, motivated and working hard in each class to help you reach your Level 10. Instructors add variety and fun to class while encouraging you to strive for excellence. Our coaches provide one-on-one support. They encourage, motivate, answer questions, and help guide you through the program. When you join Farrell’s, you become family. I belong to FXB in my own town. While traveling I discovered FXB Bettendorf and decided to drop in. The members were welcoming and encouraging. The instructor/ office guy was inviting and kind. Turns out, he was also the owner of that location. Thanks, Dan, for a great workout in a friendly environment. I'll be back the next time I'm in the QC.

Farrell's is the first gym I've ever stuck with consistently. I joined the 10 week challenge over a year ago and had great results, plus, I just had so much fun kickboxing! When I first started, I especially loved having an instructor and a coach for every class to help with form and motivate me. Gyms can be intimidating, but Farrell's does a great job of building a supportive community that's welcoming to everyone.

This is the greatest overall total body workout experience I have ever encountered. The Instructors are all good but Sarah and Harvey are both incredible they care about you inside and outside the gym. I had a rocky start due to some personal things. And no matter what I've always felt like I belong. And am extremely proud of my decision to go long distance and beyond the 10wk challenge. They all make you feel special and like your part of a family. The best overall health decision I made personally in 2022.

It might sound cliché but the Farrell’s community definitely feels like family and it is definitely more then a gym. I have seen LOTS of progress physically and mentally and have met amazing friends along the way! There is Always a coach or instructor ready to help you when needed, and the motivation and accountability you get from everyone is absolutely amazing! I’m on my 3rd 10 week session now, it’s quite incredible how I got to this point. It was in December that I found out my girlfriend won a blind raffle for 2 10 week passes to Farrels. I was both excited and terrified, when I heard the title of “EXTREME BODYSHAPING” I had no idea what to expect. When we showed up it was so inviting and warm, it’s like we had known all these people for years. To conclude, I’ve lost weight and inches and gained muscle and friends.

Their ad popped on my social media. I thought I’d give it a try. Turned out to be the best decision! So glad I found this gem. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They help you through every step of the way. I was not an avid fitness enthusiast. My last time in a gym was 4 years ago. I didn’t exercise regularly before I joined FXB. There are all range of ages and fitness levels members that go to FXB. You will not feel out of place. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the 10 week session to try it, you will never regret it and I bet you’ll stay after too!

Great place to work out. The instructors, coaches and fit members are always encouraging and willing to help and answer questions, as a 10-week challenge participant that means a lot. If you are on the fence about joining because you don’t know kick boxing or resistance training come in and take a look, I did and I joined that day! Great people, great workout, great atmosphere.

If you are looking for a total body (and mind) transformation, this is the place. Other gyms tout a no judgement atmosphere but Farrell's actually is judgement free! No one is too old, too slow, too out of shape. The program is cardio, strength training, and nutrition.

I'd recommend Bettendorf FXB to anyone. People of all body types and fitness levels are there, and they all share the same goal: getting stronger and healthier. No two workouts are ever the same, and they all push me harder than I'd ever push myself. And, FXB members are incredibly supportive. Even with an extremely hectic work and family schedule, I still make the time for my morning FXB workouts, because they help me get through the rest of the day.

I Started my 10 week challenge in April and by the time I finished, I could feel the difference. I am currently a Fit member at FXB Bettendorf. The workouts are not too difficult nor too easy but I feel everyone can handle the intensity after a few weeks. The instructors are great and are always willing to help. I have made lot of new friends at this gym who have always been encouraging. Great gym and awesome atmosphere !!

I have never cared for the gym environment. Farrell’s is a whole new way to work out! This place is amazing and the results speak for themselves! I started the 10 week challenge back in July. I basically went from 0 - 100 overnight by going to the gym 6 days a week. The workouts are great, the instructors are awesome and always there to help. The other members and instructors have been amazing at encouraging the 10 week participants and that's been extremely helpful. All around great gym!!

This is a great place to work out. Super clean gym, awesome trainer and a very team like atmosphere. It feels like family when you walk in the door. Everyone motivates one another. Once nice about this place is there isnt just one type of person that works out here. I was afraid to join a gym because I didnt want to be the only one that is just starting to workout and have a momma tummy 😆 There are so many different individuals that go here. College age, middle age, older, super in shape, never worked out much before, etc......you get my point.
Pete (the trainer) is AMAZING! He belives in everyone and helps everyone thru the workouts. If you are unable to do a move if can help substitute another move for it. I had a previous injury that makes it difficult to do a certain move and he worked with me and I didnt feel left out. This place is incredible. YOU HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT!!!
