I absolutely love this gym! Definitely OLD SCHOOL! If you REALLY want to grind and work out and learn from actual fighters. Men and women with REAL ring experience then I highly suggest this gym. It reminds me of the Ken Shamrock Lions Den. A whole cadre of fight professionals each who bring something to the table. They also train olympiad level wrestling with over 20+ years of time spent on the matt. Again I highly recommend this establishment as your workout go to .

Pretty good place to do almost anything. They don't have a ton of cardio machines, but they have a padded room and a boxing room with a ring. I'd recommend.
