They charge $4 for ice that they bring in in bags and then $4 for water out of the fountain. Thieves calling the water “inventory”. Other complexes in the area DO NOT charge this way. Thieves. And their staff are rude and not accommodating. If we weren’t here for our son’s state competition, we would NEVER come back to this place. I understand a free market and everything but $4 for a cup of water?! Not a bottle but a cup? Because they have to charge the same price for a price of a soda?! Same for the cup of ice?! Thieves.

Best place in Grimes to run around and play. Kiddos love the openness and the jungle gym. Nice volleyball nets to play, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, and skate park to keep you busy for hours.
