No judgement zone, so leave your egos at the door. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere to all who are trying to better themselves in some way, shape, or form. Licensed Massage Therapy services are also available by appointment only. Results driven training and sports massage.

Love everything about my 1-on-1 training experience with Zach!
I originally started personal training because of a knee injury. I mostly just wanted to build strength in the muscles around my knee, so I could feel more confident and less afraid of flare-ups in my day to day; and especially when working long hours on my feet. 2+ years later, and I'm still going in every week!
Not only is he great at educating you about each exercise, how to do them correctly and why they're so helpful, but our training sessions have really grown with me. From injury, to pre-and-post surgery, to current day. I'm happy to say that not only have I fully recovered with no flare-ups, but I'm continuing to get stronger each week. I actually look forward to our training days; something that I never experienced in a mass-membership gym environment!
10/10 experience with Zach, I'll be a long time client!

Zach is great at tailoring workouts to help me reach specific fitness objectives, and pushing me to find that extra 5% when I think I am at my limits. He has helped me work through a couple different injuries over the years, protecting the injured joint while maintaining my overall strength/fitness, then guiding rehab to safely rebuild my strength after recovery. Highly skilled at sports massage too. Definitely recommend!!

My buddy has been working out here for a couple years and says Zack is the reason his lifestyle has changed. After stopping by for a workout when visiting Des Moines, I now know why… my body left exhausted.
Spotless facility, new equipment (those photos need to be updated), unique movements putting me outside my comfort zone and most importantly quick adjustments to accommodate my fitness level. Excited to come back.
